What do you like best about the product?
- Helpful for documenting customer discussions (Product, contracts, CSM, Pre-Sales)
- As a leader, it is a helpful tool to coach my team, get updates on accounts and opportunities
- Easy way to share feedback for product and other team members
- Easy to share the calls for non GONG users
- Great resource for new hires to shadow calls
- Great to create a library for calls
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes the "Pipeline" and information isn't accurate
- example at risk vs. not at risk
- All the info from SFDC
- Sometimes it does not capture calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the deal board. It's easy to identify momentum or lack of in deals. This helps us with accurate forecasting. I also love that gong identifies which deals are single threaded - this then challenges our sales team to go wide within our prospects to create a stickier solution and additional buy in. Lastly, Gong is great for coaching. The ability to listen in on calls makes coaching easy and it's easy to identify areas of opportunity for the rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that there is a bit of a disconnect between next steps in Salesforce and what is showing on the deal board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching and accurate forecasting. I can quickly spot if a deal has gone dark, yet the rep is still forecasting. Very easy to call out that the opp should not be included in the forecast.

Deals page only updates once every 4 hours, my manager loves this page so if it would update more often would be great to synch with Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Love the deal page, seeing where I have the most momentum with clients. The insights are awesome, E.g. if my deal is multithreaded with more than 3 people it has a 17% high chance of closing. Always use it review notes from calls I might have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buffer times can be a bit slow and the native Zoom recordings take a while to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching from leadership, product getting insight to feature requests, deals dropping off due to no decision, missing notes to refresh before a call

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review what was done well or what could be improved, and insight into deals that are at risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to set the consent option for individuals or teams rather than a global setting for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deeper insight into wins/losses. Automatic notifications to the product marketing team and the engineering team regarding product requests and feedback, or mention of competitors. It streamlines the feedback loop from consumers to reality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prepare to put a bit of time into the onboarding phase in order to optimize to your company needs. If done correctly, it is an absolute asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps you not only listen and review your own calls, but learn from top performers in your organization. A great study/coaching tool for those looking to level up their sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder doesn't allow you to listen in live to someone else's call anymore. Only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm identifying gaps in my own questioning and areas to improve upon. Using it to learn how the best of the best ask questions and maneuver the cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag video and comment on them to create training opportunities for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to keywords feature without it becoming a big task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review of key points in discussions with prospects and the ability to review with internal team members and also send key snippets to prospects to realize value of what we showed.

I recommend that you get it. It can really help with what your company can do in the sales training realm.

Amazing Experience with Gong, 2 months in

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales leader, it's been so helpful for deal tracking with insights beyond what reps are inputting into our CRM. For coaching purposes, easily being able to tag calls and give coaching directly in calls have made immediate impacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is that the Deals dashboard doesn't update in real time. Other than that I'm enjoying Gong a lot more than the previous Revenue Intelligence software I used, because of it's awesome features and user friendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote onboarding has been solved smoothly and we've benefited by having more coaching opportunities brought to our attention through Gong's automated emails. Gong has also made pipeline reviews more objective rather than subjective due to the insights provided in the Deals dashboard. We have a lot of internal collaboration, so tagging colleagues in calls has made things a lot easier for internal visibility and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
UX is great and the ability to not only listen but read call transcriptions takes the guess work out of sales coaching. I use it in every 1:1
What do you dislike about the product?
I we had the integration with email feature, that seems like it would be very beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ambiguity of deal coaching, removing the loss of truth during the knowledge transfer from rep to leader. This has also allowed me to listen to way more calls than I could have if I was attending in person or live on the phone.
