How do we live in the past without Gong?
What do you like best about the product?
AI, loving all the features about the ai implementation, recognizing and transcribing is the best

Probably price, because there are other apps that can solve the same issues but a lower prices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than an app to listen interaction, it also helps you to leave notes, and be precise in what part of the calls you want to hear, that helped us to identify possible gaps, thus we can address that specific behaviour and provide better feedbacks with all the support that Gong is giving us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Besides all the previous comments, I would recommend Gong if you want to always strive your goals, Gong is not only an app for conversations but it allows you to leave comments, identify the matter of each call, identify the speakers and more.
Game Changer for our Org
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup, works across all business lines, ability to review and coach on the fly and get a truly accurate forecast. The amount of support we get is second to none. All the integrations work and everyone in the org immediately started using it. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to up their sales, support, and success game.

I have found nothing that I do not like. I am a Gong Lifer.

Make sure you follow them on Social Media and ingest all the data Gong Labs put out there. It's invaluable!

I am able to to find the highlights and points of needing work to keep me successful.

I have not found anything I dislike about using Gong.

I am able to listen to where other are finding success and can adapt it as my own.
Incredibly useful, efficient, and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it transcribes your calls for you. I no longer have to take notes during calls and can be fully focused on my clients. This feature has allowed me to create stronger customer relationships because not only am I fully present on our call, but I can always go back and refer to the transcripts for information that I need.
I also love the "topics" feature on each call. With this, I can very efficiently comb through calls to find the specific information that I am looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is not necessarily something I dislike, but it would be helpful if after I have watched a call, it marks it as "viewed" so I can save time when looking for specific use cases, information, training calls, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with hundreds of clients that each have multiple products and therefore they typically have a large number of questions, tailored needs, and use cases. This has helped me store and organize all of this data instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get coached on a call and toggle through the call to review a portion of the call without listening to the entire thing.
Gong is a great way to teach reps as a manager or you can coach yourself as a rep.
Also great to see keywords and percentages from the call of how long I am talking.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to using Gong really. I'd say they are the best in their business at what needs to be done. Also when they do not have things they shift quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls being auto-recorded via Zoom are super helpful for notes and review purposes. It also helps me become a better sales rep because it coaches as well.
Gong also helps others when they have to come back and review a lead that has not been contacted or worked for a while. They can go back to the last gong call the potential client had with someone and get a feel for their personality, tone, problems, and needs.

I like the ability to review calls with customers and assess how I can learn and do better as I learn different elements to the platform

I've been using Gong for three week and there isn't anything I don't like at this time.

Gong does all of the heavy lifting for me. They send me post call reports that are easy to follow and provide excellent analysis.

Gong helps me better prepare for my next call by providing valuable insights around the balance of talk time between me and my potential customer.
Great tool for team development
What do you like best about the product?
Team Management and Traning capabilities. It's a great tool that allows you to train your team and develop skills that you wouldn't be able to develop otherwise. Especially in times like Covid, where people work from home, Gong allows you to remotely work with your team, train and develop sales and other type of skills. You can record calls, review details, give feedback, analysis stats, get suggestions in terms of key practice and much much much more. I would advice any team to give it a try and see it yourselfs. It doesn't matter if your company size is large, medium or small, it will work for all purposes. New starters, ogoing traning, new skills development plans and more. From a sales point of view I can see a strong benefit for the whole floor. I am sure that this tool can be applied to other areas of the business, but I will leave this feedback to the key expert from other part of the business. For the timebeing have fun trying this out yourselfs and good luck with your 2021.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If I may suggest something to be implemented, I would only say to create a "On" & "Off" botton where callers can decide if they want that call to be recorded or not, rather than start the call with the "On" and having to switch it off, if it's not needed.

Team Traning, call reviews, Team calls feedback, Personal Developement and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say give it a try and see it yourself. See it in practice how it helps your business and provide a decent feedback for others to have the same great experience that you will have. If you are worried about privicy, don't worry the Gong team will explain it all and it's pretty straight forward.
A must-have in sales coaching
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the tagging capabilities and the stats that Gong captures across my team. I think the solution is pretty elastic in terms of what kinds of calls it records, so the assistant feature can be used to invite Gong to calls, even if you didn't organize it. It really allows our reps to be on auto-pilot when it comes to recording while spending that time where it counts, on reviewing feedback and self-observing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I'd like to be able to filter and zoom out more on upcoming calls so that I can see it in weekly intervals.

Lack of insight into reps performance, high-level understanding of themes and deal momentum.
