I never miss a detail
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can focus on my clients and not worry about note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much comes to mind. I am mostly focused on all the value I am given that I have yet to notice what you may be missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would be furiously note taking to not miss any important detail. You never know when something will become relevant later. With gong, I focus on the client and worry about the notes later. With gongs navigation features I am easily able to hear what I need without relistening to a whole call
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use keywords when on calls to indicate where you need to take a note. I tell clients, "I'll take a note of that" then search for "note of that" in gong for all the notes I need to enter in our CRM tool
Amazing AI transcript technology
What do you like best about the product?
that there is an almost accurate transcript of almost everything in the meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
that it can be hard to jump from moments to moments inbetween the meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to listen through the whole meeting again just to get a small part reviewed
Great tool for call analysis and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing some of my best (and worst) calls with my manager to go over where I can improve and where I’ve done well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing serious to mention here, although some calls don’t record depending on state. This can be frustrating when an important call is not recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my ability to have calls with prospects and clients. Having my calls easily recorded and analyzed holds me accountable to improve my sales skills
Best training tool/app that I have ever used.

Able to find exact spot on call where training is needed

Not much. I liked it all. Keep getting sucked into listening calls to improve my abilities

I am able to correct parts of presentation that would not have been able to hear

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to record calls in outreach. Make it easy to share with team. Also it is a great coaching tool for newer sales people. It has helped create a library for our team to look back at for training and improvements to our sales process. Overall would recommend it for a company that is trying to ramp up their BDR team. That is when our company started to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It says it is recording during set meeting. Don't use it because of this. But I do really like the feature that you can connect with outreach. Overall though, the saying this call is now being recording, made me think, it was for more newer sales people. Even their branding makes it seem that way. Because we use it with Outreach, I am not sure I would really leverage it on its own as a stand alone product. Mostly I use it when I am using outreach to be honest. Our leadership team does really value it though but it does create a little big brother fear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales coaching and sharing conversations with team. Out team has used it a lot for the newer employees to help with their training and listening how to book meeting with cold calls. This help helped ramp them up faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes it is worth trying. I do really like it with combining it with outreach. I find the most value in that. Also out BDRs use the tool a lot. They will send me recordings and help them with coaching.

They send me an email in the morning with my upcoming calls and links back to my previous calls for easy review

Takes a little bit of up front time to fully appreciate the platform

Recalling action items from my previous calls with customers. Saving time by having easy access to relevant calls.
Gong is an amazing sales enablement solution.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong provides feedback around speaking times and when reviewing recordings you have the ability to quickly skip ahead, jump straight to a specific speaker and monologue and that the entire call is also transcribed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Gong to provide sales training and feedback. Gong also helps our client success team better understand how a deal progressed through the sales process and gives them much deeper insight.
Best sales tool on the market for inside sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
being able to hear and evaluate yourself as your customers hear and perceive you. Identify good and bad speech patterns as well as incorporate the best practices from across the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functions to pinpoint certain things can be cumbersome at times

better talk time ratio and pinpointing speech patterns to reduce.
The platform is slick and very useful in my role as a Business Development Professinal

Its difficult to search for conversations in Gong. Takes a lot of efforts

Sales Training, Feedback management, Sales Enablement. Gong gives professionals a tool to learn sales conversations at their convenience. They can come back any time to review

Gong has improved my sales capabilities and process.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the analytics Gong provides me after every sales call. This allows me to improve my approach before my next call. Gong has also allowed me to onboard quickly having access to colleagues calls on various topics. I also receive coaching from my manager and mentors easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong so far.

Gong is helping me improve my selling ability and increase close rates.
