A great tool for all sales people

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great tool around for training purposes as well as on going advancement. I love that we can search the transcripts of a call to find a point in our conversations to recap the clients responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to come up with a "dislike" for Gong because there is nothing really like it. If I had to offer one tip it would be for the users to share a call without a limited time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Gong's mobile app has really saved me time as it allows me to review my teams calls on my commute.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong! You are able to go back and listen and learn. You can also send this to your manager and have him listen and provide feedback. Management can not be on every call so, the fact that I can send them a call that has been recorded so they can help me get better is amazing! We have taken this a step further and posted FIRE calls on our slack channel so the company can learn from our best and hone their skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if there is anything that I "dislike" about this software. Navigation throughout the software is bland, and not "sexy". But the functionality is top-notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is your manager can not be on every call coaching and being able to provide feedback so to get better. Gong gives you the ability to send your manager the call to review.

What do you like best about the product?
-The fact that gong breaks down the parts of the calls (pricing, small talk etc)
-Theres a script that I can read off of, if anything was missed
-Ability to clip, leave notes, etc

Analyzing the call takes a bit long
Ability to listen to the call live, without joining should be a function

It works - how rare is that for tech nowadays?

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is skipping to the next listener. Often we use Gong to help unpack a complicated conversation. It helps that we can skip straight to a specific stakeholder.
I also like the feedback and comment section. Instead of hopping into an hour long session, I can leave a comment for a team member at a specific point - did you follow up with Jane? - what did Bob mean here?
Finally, as a manager, I can't be in all of the meetings my team members have. Frequently I'll listen to calls at double speed to catch up on what I couldn't attend or to listen to a call that they have flagged for me.
In this way, I get the info from the source, rather than second hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't correctly record who hosted the meeting. That being said, internally we always know that, so it's not an issue.
I like the benchmarks around speaking time, number of questions etc. That being said, they might not be accurate - just have to trust the AI I guess :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with training. We share calls with new hires around specific topics, kind of like an internal podcast. In this way, we have an internal database of all sorts of relevant topics where our new joiners can actually listen to how they were used in professional-client settings. We can then reinforce the theoretical learnings with real-world application.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong not only records calls and transcribes them but they also offer insights. It's very easy to see who was talking when (so we can fast forward or rewind to specific parts of the presentation if necessary). You can also leave notes for your colleagues in the org which helps to add context exactly at the point in the conversation. Using Gong allows for me to focus on the actual conversation at hand versus trying to focus on taking notes. This tool has become my personal secretary that offers insights on how much I was talking, tips to make my calls better, and also what type of dialogue was being shared (i.e. discovery, follow up, small talk, etc.). Gong also allows me to watch others' calls from a birds eye view without me actually having to join in on the zoom as a participant. I can listen in on a call and make comments live in time. This helps with sales enablement tremendously!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the gong recorder shows up as a participant in zoom - depending on the view it's a bit distracting. Would love if the recorder would be a bit more discrete. It would be nice to have an option of having it on or having it not show as clearly to prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for streamlining communication throughout our organization when on sales calls with prospects. We have realized the benefit of time back in our days not logging notes continuously and spending time on the things that matter. By being able to have gong on my calls, I am allowing myself to focus time back to the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong because it presents solid tools to achieve a deeper visibility of the conversations with your clients and interpret and analyze data for future movements in relation to the sales that you need to execute more efficiently, being very effective since you will get more Negotiation offers, with a more significant margin with the conclusion of said operation in progress, with a high trait of success in its processes, once it is implemented, without excluding that its user interface is very creative and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the qualities which is most criticized, according to the functions of this system in its entirety, is that the support server it acquires is totally cumbersome and badly programmed, highlighting that its business days, to respond to a request of help, it takes too long to arrive, which is a problem on a large scale, since there are frequently various inconveniences, not excluding that it is somewhat confusing, according to its initial information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Gong, to manage all our call history, and the conversations we have with our clients, to develop superior intelligence in business areas, to acquire data about their most prevalent interests, and thus offer in detail each product, the which guarantees the effectiveness of the purchase of an item, or in shorter terms, to raise the sales section in the departments in charge of electronic commerce, incorporating our team, to perfect certain skills in relation to deep visibility and transparency in strategies for total success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Gong we can consider more possibilities based on prevalent data, to guarantee each movement that is used in these facilities, which is recommended, because through these processes that promote superior intelligence, it will be able to admit a strong and solid operation, specifically in the areas in charge of the sales that you maintain, which will provide a margin of effectiveness with a maximum percentage, mostly in its entirety, thanks to its powerful analysis and exorbitant efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong connects with Zoom to recording my meetings. I get to review the meeting on top of allowing me to read through the transcripts in case I miss anything. The recordings are all in my account for easy access. It's especially helpful for client meetings and new hire meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far that I have used Gong, there isn't much that I dislike about it. But, a nice feature to have is the ability to highlight key points that someone had said so that I can easily review that exact point without having to rewatch or guess the time of when things were said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing client meetings. The transcript feature and speed adjustment helps very much when looking for key points throughout the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that it transcribes the call and allows you to add comments/notes at specific parts of the recording.

nothing that I have found as of yet but can look into it further.

better understanding how we're communicating our value props. One main benefit I've realized is the ability to provide constructive criticism within the recording.

Sales calls are like golf, you can improve one thing but it may take focus off of another area. With Gong, I know where to focus and if other areas get off track I can make a correction and continuously improve without taking too many steps back
