I have never improved my customer calls this quickly before
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing the calls with those clients you just talked to, seeing the text to see how many words you use too much, going over your calls with your boss to find some points to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my calls don't get synced with gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating my use of transition words, helping my speed and annunciation, and also being able to correct my flow and improve it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user of this product, I, personally, love to see how Gong takes the calls I have with my students and spits out tons of information relevant to my conversations. I get to see how long my calls are, the percentage of time I was talking versus the student, transcripts of the conversation, and allows me to submit the call to my manager for feedback. Up to this point, I had not seen a program like this. After each call I had been left guessing about all of the data when Gong actually GIVES me all of the data pretty quickly. This has helped me improve my coaching skills, which will eventually improve my paycheck.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am starting to notice the calls that I talk too much on. I can see this when looking at the percentages. When my adrenaline is not up while engaged in the call, I can calmly go back and look at how I did. This helps me to prepare for future calls.

We use Gong from a marketing perspective to better understand how our sales and CS teams are talking about our product, and what they are doing that's successful and unsuccessful.

Accessibility and quality. I like that you can follow the calls based on content.

Very innovative and intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives you powerful visibility into your customer conversations. It automatically records and analyzes your sales calls and meetings. With Gong, you can: 1) Dramatically improve your teams sales effectiveness. 2) Win more deals, keeping every deal on a path to close.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a great tool but kinda expensive compared with other similar tools. ... I have no bad feedback.

Better visibility about current deals in the pipeline.

really easy to share videos with teammates. benefits are quick ramping of newbies.
Sophisticated & Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can get into my car, pull up the Gong app, and in a couple clicks (sometimes even just one) start listening to the call of my choice, whether that's on my "Listen to Later" playlist or a call one of my reps recently led. It works even if I'm running other apps (such as Google maps), which Chorus never allowed to me to do (and that drove me crazy). I also love that I can listen to a call and have the transcript running instead of the video. Also— this is something that never worked on Chorus— when I start scoring a call, it actually saves my progress even if my internet cuts out or I accidentally close the tab/window... It's the really incredible how they've somehow thought of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change anything about Gong's platform it would be making the UI even more simple and intuitive— specifically the coaching section, but you should get the hang of it quickly and at least they've come up with some very sophisticated capabilities that other platforms are most likely lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it extremely easy to not only coach my team and help them develop their discovery skills, but also allows our business to understand why certain prospects aren't converting into opportunities and what we can do about it (whether it's how we're positioning our product, how we're running discovery, or if there's something the market is asking for that we aren't currently offering).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create your own scorecards and get creative! There's so much flexibility with how you can provide coaching. I also recommend scheduling weekly or bi-weekly call reviews with your team and cross-functional departments— there's so much you can learn from any call throughout the sales process.

Nothing at the moment. It is very easy to navigate

I listened to my calls, and see what I'm doing wrong or saying wrong. It helps me to improve my tonality as a sales rep.
Way better than Chorus

easy to track weekly calls by teams, very seamless to navigate

sometimes it takes time for calls to log, like up to 30 mins
