Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Just the opportunity to review calls with such ease. I feel like the platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only used Gong for a couple of months, at this point I am struggling to think of any dislikes I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key words, identifying buying signals sooner, really just growing as a sales person in general.

Analytics of the call automatically generated and measure you're performance against your peers
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be better. Adding Gong manually is via a tiny icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All calls recorded AND analyzed? Able to review the analytics that show you how well to presented on a call is amazing. I can share clips or who calls with clients. My boss can review and make comments on key timestamps to indicate improvements, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial at the very least. It will impress you without a doubt.
A must have tool for any sales organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Recording calls automatically with the calendar integration. Scripts after the call. Call analytics. Ability to view other calls from teammates across the entire org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mainly just use it for the purposes above. I have literally no dislikes with the UX and features described.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reliably, clearly, and consistently recording client calls. Learning a treasure trove of info about the call and client using the helpful analytics tools that Gong provides us. How to improve our call skills and negotiations skills overall. Providing us the ability to review calls from the past and either deny or agree with claims that are made by clients, and/or just having that ability to go back to clarify any notes taken.

There isn't anything I dislike. The AI could be stronger and seems to be improving with its intuition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have SO many calls that I have a problem going back and organizing my notes for each call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the AI and how it pulls action items for each call. It's improving!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to records the sales team's calls and provides data that we never would be able to have without Gong. We can view exactly, down to the word, what went wrong in a call and what makes a call great
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very exensive for what it is, there are cheaper solutions that do things in addition to what Gong does, but not to the high quality that Gong does

Can coach and manage sales reps very closely and helps us understand how calls are affecting opportunities

Privacy settings should be easier to input... dont want everyone having access to all of all of my calls

there's so much data to draw insights from: the videos and all they contain, the text transcript, the comments from colleagues on particular parts of the conversation?

privacy - it's hard to get around this one. to run this you need a client to agree to the recording, obviously. this is not acceptable to all clients, obviously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all three of the items they promised: deal understanding, market understanding, salesforce understanding.
Gong has been a game changer in the way we improve our sales process and rep ramp time
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that new starters, sales and otherwise can join the business and get an instant handle on how we run our process and what challenges our prospects have. Furthermore, our topics insight are now kicking in and we can see which calls are successful vs where we need improvement and why.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Gong has been fantastic for us from the minute we started using it and is getting more valuable every single day. I'd highly recommend to anyone with a sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to increase our qualified pipe by 300%. Sales velocity has increased. Reps ramp time has reduced. We also rely less on top of the funnel as close rates are now through the roof.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for learning and ramping up in a new role by listening to peers and getting coaching from business leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not compatible for all users and at times there are technology glitches.

Learning and improving and quickly ramping in my new role.
