Essential product for sales leaders to manage global teams

What do you like best about the product?
Gong took the sales calls analytics to a whole new level. The ease of use of the product and the ability to break each call into different blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting should be stronger in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to go back and listen to your calls with customers and see what you could have improved, or learn what went really well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to actively remember to use this, and push others in your team to use it. Hard to drive use throughout an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovery calls, customer discussions, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatically joins and records my calls
Allows me to skip around to different parts of the recording (times, specific speakers, topics, etc)
Allows me to send specific snippets of the recording to customers
Saves time on taking super detailed notes so I can spend more time actively engaged with the prospect
Working remote, it has been a must-have as a training tool

Nothing yet. It has met or exceeded my expectations

What do you like best about the product?
integration with salesforce/ troops
reminder after call that the call has happened/ to review
ability to send recording to my manager to fill her in if she missed an important call
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing that I can think of, if there is a way to get out of people going to Gong beforejoinin the zoom meeting to make it more seamless, that would be ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiency/ more likely to log a call f it was logged on Gong and I get a notification
better salesforce hygiene
better collaboration from being able to share a call with people who were not in the room originally

It is easy to use and find calls for myself or the team.

You can listen to calls and view information shared during the call. It's insightful and helpful when analyzing and sharing calls. High recommend to customer success teams too.

I love the recordings, the transcripts, the easy sharing, the account summary, the keyword identification, the call structuring...it's a wonderfully excellent product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of a single thing. I'm a super fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales coaching. Conversation intelligence. Account planning.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very good for training and learning at a new org. I started new at my company and Gong was very helpful to learn from my teammates, especially while not being in the office. I've used Gong at other organizations as well and have nothing but great things to say. Very good UI! The CEO of Gong is very cool as well and I enjoy following him on social media. Smart guy with a strong vision for the company. Compared to the competition, Gong is far more superior in delivery, support, and user friendliness. When I first used gong years ago, I couldn't believe how helpful it was. My calls instantly became better. The team grew stronger, and we learned a lot about each other and from our experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of the platform. Very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly training and learning from others. It has helped me pick things up quickly joining a new organization during a time of remote work. Very helpful. Big fan of Gong and the whole organization. Great mission and people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that you should always use the platform. No matter what the call is for!

Amazing product for onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to watch all of my peers calls on demand. The transcript feature is also really helpful to learn pitches and use them for notes on future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I have found with Gong that I dislike up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined a new startup company with no formal onboarding process. By being able to listen to past calls, and new calls as they happen, I was able to ramp very quickly and learn what talk tracks resonate with prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to grow your sales team, or better manage remote workers, this is it.
