Great for Reviewing Previous Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically sends the recording to all participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizable settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a record of things said during meetings and the ability to review calls.

Every scheduled meeting will be recorded.
It just works and it's easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the Customer Success team, so I use it mostly to record customer calls and review them afterwards as needed. Sometimes I also share the recordings with customers. Gong really makes it easy because it generates the recording relatively quickly and there's no friction when I use it. I just use my meeting invite and the recorder is there and does its job pain-free. It's also super easy to search a recording done by a team-mate in case I missed something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here since my use case is straightforward. Maybe improving the transcripts. Until then I still rely on my own notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing a call in case I missed anything. Sometimes I don't get a chance to take detailed notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an incredible platform that manages your communication operations to keep a well-organized control, and thus be able to visualize the calls that are made daily, if they need to exercise one of these emissions again, with well-structured and coherent analysis when it comes to meetings for the sales that it carries out frequently, being a very useful software, in business categories, since its procedures are massive on a daily basis, including that the notifications it sends, when one of these movements is elaborated for its protection is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is useful and necessary for Gong to integrate the possibility of integration to activate certain functionalities in a more flexible way, when we address the sales that are made, mentioning that some of its use options are not automatic, and must be exercised manually by a specific team that is dedicated to this branch of work, mentioning that in these particularities, they must be kept in separate folders, when we refer to the initiative of a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong today to acquire a greater number of businesses, in order to promote multiple amounts of income, it is implemented mainly by our dedicated team in sales, mentioning that lately it has significantly improved the effectiveness of the processes of economic beneficiary operations, with high levels when we go to business activities, resulting in a very useful system, which increases the chances of having an extra in the movements of purchases made by users, with records that we used previously for a more strengthened experience for future businesses.

It is an incredible tool for companies, with physical facilities, that exercise their marketing through telephone calls with different and clandestine objectives that this software offers, generating different data, so that these members can offer their products through this channel communicative, registering them in a very forceful and effective way, which provides a more fluid income at magnificent scales, which allows customers to guarantee their trust between their company and themselves, when wanting to make a purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can look back through my calls and quickly pick things out instead of having to skip through calls and waste time. It saves me so much time by just typing in key words or phrases. Being able to see who is talking on the call and how I can cut that time down. Going over the statistics that pump right from my pipeline are really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we had the ability to connect a little bit more into Salesforce and record calls that don't go through our work phone services. I wish that we could record stuff from our cell phones, but I realize that isn't really possible on that side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that we've really been able to train more effectively. It is nice to be able to take out a clip of 20 seconds really quickly and use that in a training meeting instead of listening into 25 calls and waste my whole entire day trying to find the right thing. We also love the ability for us to go out and show people what they need to improve upon. It's been really valuable for us whether it's our SDR's or our AE's to be able to use their calls in 1:1 communications to improve our skill level. Eliminating a ton of filler words has been a huge benefit as well.

Actually use the platform! It's not going to do anything for you when you don't use it. But it is absolutely amazing when you actually go out of your way to use the platform.

Gong has a majestic user interface in every aspect, keeping a modern and clean look, it conveys great impressions when most new traders enter this main website, mentioning that its internal templates also look amazing, allowing you to work comfortably on this platform, since in the same way, all these digital presentations of the servers of this system are fully customizable, so that customers can adapt this service to their most suitable environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can take into account that this software does not have a system based on notifications when a call is recorded, since if at any time, we must dial the same operator, we will have to carry out the entire process, to add its code to carry out interaction, by means of voice, being a problem, since in this course, we lose an amount of time, important for other functions within the company that need to be attended to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is used throughout our organization, especially in operating establishments that are dedicated to sales, or in the same way in business development, which is another of the sectors that we consider important on a large scale, since that these two departments are where our most favorable income comes from, in other words, we use this software because we can record our good calls, which are convenient when registering them, classifying them so that in the not-so-distant future, view more benefited calls and to show new hires.

Mostly in software sales, these are peculiar and technical conversations in their entirety, highlighting that you can overlook many important details in calls, because for these problems presented, you can count on Gong, as it will provide you with support from information and notes in the event that any determination about the topic offered and considered as a product escapes by mentioning, in order to provide a good service and experience, when interacting to sell said items with digital qualities.

Love the transcription
What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcription functionality! Its pretty accurate and if there's something it is repeatedly getting wrong you can teach it the word or name its missing. I also love that it's very easy to search others calls when I'm sourcing information or research candidates for upcoming projects. Its also nice that it brings in some of the SalesForce data, especially for calls you weren't present for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been told that the call logs as an activity on the account, but I'm not sure if mine actually do. I wish there was an easier way to automatically notify or communicate the account team that you did a call with their account so they're aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcription & automatic call recording. I also love that even if the call was an hour ans a half long, it still creates a small enough mp4 to email - other systems outputs are massive.
