Great Call Review Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control the speed of the call
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of content inside the platform but that's more of an issue for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to coach better and faster thereby improving our sales ability.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search specific phrases to find certain calls and communicate with team leads and managers to discuss what happened in the calls. Such as how to improve the calls with tones, words, and talk time. Really like I can see how long I talk versus how long the client talks as well. Overall very easy to use and navigate to relay messages to coworkers and managers as well as sending calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about using Gong. All has been well while using the program and can not complain about anything since we have been using it for pretty basic things like reviewing and monitoring calls and performance. Everyone I have talked to about it has said great things that have improved their sales experience on our pod team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with comments for reviewing calls has been nice. Have noticed an improvement in my performance due to coaching and reflecting back on the calls to see how long I am talking and letting them talk back as well as my response time. Overall all good things to say that have helped me and others that I have talked to in my company that are really into using Gong every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep up the work! Have not had any issues using the program, so far an excited to see where it will be in the future and to see the new features and updates. I hope our company continues to use your services.
One of the best tools for learning
What do you like best about the product?
As a new manager, I have been able to listen to all the recordings from AEs to listen to how they position our product in the marketplace. The comment tag feature allows me to tag for my own recording keeping but start building a learning library for new sales members. I've been able to ramp quickly because of Gong.
Additionally, the tagging feature has allowed us to have a dynamic conversation about a specific issue without the back and forth. That saves us time + money.
Today I used the upload feature for a phone call that was recorded on zoom, uploaded to Gong. The analytics and transcript was on point as it was recording a zoom meeting as regular.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. It could use a little bit better search functionality but that could be a lack of knowledge as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge transfer. Gong has two ways to do this by tagging people to ask them specific questions. I.e. I tag AEs to double-check my disco calls to make sure I'm on point. Second is hashtags, as mentioned above when we do something well, we can share that with other team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a test run. We're a distributed team so listening in on calls isn't possible. This is a great tool for have a record of best sales practices and learning from calls that don't go they way we want them to...

I tend to forget what I talked about in a call, and this just makes it super easy to go back and review

Why I like Gong as a Sales Person & Enablement.
What do you like best about the product?
I really have found Gong to be super helpful and useful as a Salesperson. I have worked in other organizations where there aren't any tools to record or analyze calls. Firstly, with the number of meetings I have per day, I can always go back and listen to snippets of important calls and prep for follow up calls with any customers. Additionally, when I forget to record a demo for a customer, It automatically does it, so I can always share the demos that I do. Additionally, if I am reviewing any calls for peers, I can listen to the call at a faster rate, saving time, and being able to analyze more calls!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I don't love about Gong....
1. When I send calls to customers, I have to select the number of days in which I want the call to be accessible. I almost wish there was an option to have it always be accessible to customers through the link to make it much easier. Otherwise, I have customers reaching out and saying the link has expired, which means I have to go back and find the call since I can't even see which recording it was from the link.
2. Another thing I don't love about Gong is that sometimes it is very hard to search for calls. When you type in the name of the company (this is usually how I label my meetings) it doesn't do a search of the whole platform but rather gives you options ( more like labels) that you can click on. The problem with some of these labels is that it will sometimes group them differently based on the way you spell it in the calendar invite.

Problems being solved: Being able to provide call feedback. This is especially helpful to be able to fast track the call and listen in certain areas where it pickups keywords (like pricing, etc)

The best way to grow
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find follow-ups and have an in-platform transcriber is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see more screens than the presenters because there are occasional facial expressions or gestures that are not captured
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving with Gong is primarily sales training, task follow-up, and better coordination between teams (implementation, CSMs , and sales).

Have a zoom account if you are doing anything with screen sharing
I've been using Gong for 3 years at Terminus and it's excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to listen to my calls to go back and gather additional information, and I can listen to my coworkers calls for additional learning and guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updated UI is not easy to use. I do not like the individual company pages

It allows me to take great notes, and to learn more from my coworkers.

Love Gong! Honestly the best recorder for training and conversation intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The transcript of the recorded call is accurate and love that the recording comes through via email pretty much right away after the call is completed. The transcript also breaks it down per the conversation, which makes it easy to find what was said at what timeframe. It is. easy to share with teammates and also receive feedback. I love the feedback feature. The feedback can be broken into the timeframe which makes it easy to know what you need to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. If I would give a recommendation, I would say it would be awesome if we could share the call with clients just snippets from the beginning and at the end - so pick and choose where you want to share.

Training, listening to previous calls, receiving feedback, etc.
Didn't want to love at first but now I'm hooked
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great way for me to stay organized with meetings but also a way for me to improve my craft. I love being able to go back to transcripts if I forgot an important detail or refer back to calls earlier in a sale cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit to get used to the recording announcement at the start of the call. I wish it could just be displayed visually vs. audio as it can feel awkward at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my discovery and simplifying my messaging. It was also super helpful for me to get back up to speed after maternity leave and my book was being temporarily managed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may take a bit to get used to it but try to lean into it and know that it's only going to help you improve and hold yourself accountable to personal development goals.
