What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can search calls by sales rep, topic, objections and key words and more. I also love the reporting and the amount of data I can get on my teams calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I find it hard to navigate to the "feedback" reports where I can see how much feedback or who has given feedback. I love the reports just hard to find the data I want becuase there are so many ways to parse it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My schedule is busy so it's hard to be on a call with my team. Gong allows me to listen while I am driving or allows me to listen when it works best for me. It also allows me to search for problem areas or allows me to find common objections the team struggles with as well as competitive information. We are a growing company and have added new products in the last few years. Gong allows me to search for those specific calls to find out how the team is handling them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to understand the scores of your calls (patience, talk ratio, interactivity etc.) These scores open up conversations internally on ways to perfect your sales call with facts. Our team also enjoys being able to shares recordings and request feed back.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The teams overall sales conversations have been stronger overall. We are able to go back and listen to where something went wrong and how we can change it for next time.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to see the dissect the call and see the different topics that were discussed throughout the conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be inaccurate with what topics were discussed, at times certain calls may not be recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching calls and learning from sales calls to improve upon. The benefits are being able to share calls with different team members and managers that we can dive into together and easily be able to navigate certain points of the call to study

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great system for my managers and colleagues to coach me on calls. It gives them an opportunity to listen to my calls and provide feedback on how things went. It's especially useful in a work from home environment where I'm not sitting directly with my colleagues and managers.

I appreciate that the calls are recorded and people can leave timestamps on the exact time where they want to provide feedback. Makes it much easier to listen back to a call and see exactly where they want to provide feedback instead of having to dig through the call to find what they were talking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found a good use for it for me personally. I'm barely in Gong myself and using the tools and features.

I haven't had any training on the software nor have I found any promotional emails useful for me to engage more with the software. I'm not keen on watching webinars and stuff to learn about how to use it. I feel that I learn more from trial and error and actually being on calls rather than listening to them and trying to decipher intention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem Gong is solving is the whole work from home environment we are in now and giving the ability for managers and colleagues to continue providing insightful coaching and feedback without being in the office together. It was nice when someone could overhear a call and provide some details or feedback about it but when working at home alone, it's difficult to have that. Goong provides the opportunity for my manager to give me insightful feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great software for those starting out in a sales role, especially in this new Work From Home environment. I've been in sales a while now and kind of set in my ways but for those new to sales or in a new organization and want to learn more about the sales process/how a particular company sells their product, this is a great tool. Seeing as you aren't in the office next to your colleagues and can hear how they are selling, this tool will be great for you to learn the ropes and get an idea of what you can and should do on your calls as well.

Gong - Records the call but not always very accurate

What do you like best about the product?
All of the stats are really nice to be able to get a breakdown on my own calls. Allows me to see what I am doing right and what I'm not doing right and how much I am talking vs the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy is really hit or miss, a lot of the times there are a lot of skipping errors as well as the call picks up later in the call and drops before the call is actually done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to monitor our calls with customers as well as use the calls as a learning/training experiences for ourselves and our teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
With Gong you are able to go back to your sales calls and re-listen to them. This is useful not only from a sales notes perspective but also in the sense that you can learn from what has gone well for you and closed, and what has been lost.

A neat feature is the ability to add comments and tag your colleagues/manager at certain points during your recording meetings where you can ask for feedback and understand how they may have handled the situation.

Lastly, it provides you with an accurate transcript of the call conversation. Having used other similar software before this isn't always the case but Gong has been fairly accurate for me so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many major things to dislike however, one thing that can be annoying is that even when you cancel your client meeting that had been arranged, Gong still turns up to the meeting and tries to record for 30 mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to listen actively during calls rather than scribble down notes - actually listen to your prospects.

From an efficiency standpoint it's helpful when uploading your notes into your CRM it's very easy to take sections from the transcript and paste them in.

Learning - ability to listen to other colleagues calls, understand what's working well for them and upskill as a result.

Love Gong - It saves my deals!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very helpful if you're taking as many meetings as I do weekly. (over 20+)

There are times I have back to back to back meetings and I always rely on Gong to refresh my memory on how that meeting went and the details involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is not the easiest to use at times. There's so much insight available and I have trouble finding specific calls at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Gong solves is the ability to focus on specific details after the call is completed. Once a customer starts naming a list, I used to ask them to repeat or pause. Now with Gong, I know my conversations are recorded so that I can go back and listen when I need to.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for analyzing call stats, sharing recorded demos and for working deals. Lots of the newer features launched are as powerful as our internal CRM and provide visibility into my deal workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search feature can be very stubborn and not helpful most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves our ability to properly communicate post sales demo. We can see deal progress and analyze performance on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
listening to my team's calls, and calls from others who have been in the sales job longer and have become experts. i can coach my own team but then show them what good looks like
What do you dislike about the product?
literally can't think of anything. wish we could hear recordings from more states :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it easy to coach especially when you have a larger team and can't hear people's calls. i also am realizing the benefit of being able to go back and see what clients said for pipeline updates
