What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly access insights from previous calls as I prep for upcoming calls. The AI component that can dissect each call so as I aim to go back & jump right to past pricing discussions, competitive topics, etc. so I can head into a call fully prepared. Our sales enablement team also uses Gong to record all of our internal training calls & after-the-fact will flag specific topics covered so if I was unable to attend (or simply want a refresher) the training session, I can hop right into the key areas of the training. I haven't dove into the deeper analytics as much as I would like to but the insights you can garner as a rep are incredible. Understanding talk time/ratio, open ended questions asked, etc. can drastically help improve the way reps go-to-market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find any issues with the way that Gong diagnoses calls or provides results for recorded calls. Could be nice to have the ability to add gong to calls that are setup externally (feature could exist, I just know about it) where I could click to 'add Gong' to the call mid-call for example. The platform is intuitive & any rep that has used for more than a month will likely argue that it's a need to have, not a nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps me become a better sales professional by refining my craft through cold calls, customer meetings, and training & enablement. Through Gong, I am able to understand where I excel and areas of improvement. I have real-time feedback I am able to see and hear that gives me an insight of how I can be a better salesperson. My managers are now able to have a main repository to provide constructive feedback by adding notes right to the recorded call! We utilize Gong through Zoom and it's an easy way to integrate into your customer meetings. I have used Gong in the past with a previous company and really found value with documentation of calls and what was covered and most importantly, uncovered. I am about to go back and take notes on pieces that I missed and key takeaways to bring to the rest of my sales team. I am happy to utilize Gong once again with my new company and hope I can continue using this key tool throughout my sales career. I would recommend Gong to any sales professional looking to strengthen their sales skills, management looking to track their sales team's customer meetings & skill development, and any organization looking to provide training to their sales teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
WIth my previous company, I did notice some features that needed some upgrading like the transcript functionality, snippet functionality, and the ability to delete the notetaker on your scheduled calls in advance if needed. I am happy to see the product improvements since then! I will be sure to submit any suggestions for improvement (if given the chance) in the future! I have no other feedback at that time.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts- I can listen to the calls of Senior Enterprise AEs and borrow their talk tracks as a script through the transcripts feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lay out of all activity that's taken place with an account when I search by Account Name. I just want to see the call recordings laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up-leveling my talk tracks/recalling what was said in a meeting.

- AI has a little ways to go, some of the data can be off
- Similar for transcripts, words can be a little off - still, not a huge downfall, because you can easily find exactly what part of the conversation you can to review in the recording if needed

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features that I like in Gong, but the basic ability to record, review, and search calls is outstanding. Also the ability to create snippets of calls for review or check content and note-taking for later review is hugely valuable. Integrations with email and tracking is a nice feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Gong, while I like the integrations with email, some of those integrations become a little much and a bit cumbersome to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we are solving is the ability to go back to a call and to see the automatically highlighted action items. This lessens the need or pressure of taking notes during the call. Also being able to captured bits of a call that could be important to someone else to learn from.

Dont try to be a CRM tool. Focus on the platform and more conversation analytics. Not deal management

solving how we can help our reps tweak their game. we've realized significant benefits in our SMB teams who are trying to take on sales!

Just invest. Let go of thinking "oh god I'm recorded now"

What do you like best about the product?
I love using this as a personal coaching tool for myself. Being able to hear the conversation and see talk ratios/stats is super helpful in bettering myself as a sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike so far - it's been easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining what I can do better, and areas where I need to improve. For example, I've noticed in the past few weeks my sales have been down a bit, and with Gong I can play back those calls to see what I've changed, notice patterns, and use that to get back on track!

I love that I can easily go back and listen to all of my sales calls. I also love how there is coaching and it monitors how much I talk vs the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some times it doesn't capture my words correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of forgetting things I spoke about with clients because I can now go back. This also helps me to see what I am doing wrong and how to improve.
