What do you like best about the product?
The ability to play back conversations and look at the side bar where it says what the topics of conversation are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its an incredible platform and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for the ability to take down notes and collaborate with my teams better and provide feedback on their calls!

GET IT! Best tool for sales enablement and coaching and note taking!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to follow up calls, all is recorded, can search by keywords, can subscribe to specific topics and get the exact calls that match, Smooth and rich navigation options
What do you dislike about the product?
Old and non sexy UI. Reasonable UX sometimes a little difficult. Mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to catch up with some customer requirements and needs event without attending a meeting and also following up

Great Product but Needs Different Profiles

What do you like best about the product?
Great product for listening to calls. Really useful to be able to see how much each person is talking on a call, and great to have call transcriptions to understand time spent on topics, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not on our sales team but it's still set up to automatically record every call with external parties. Many of these aren't sales calls, and shouldn't be recorded, but I still have to manually kick Gong out of the meeting every time. There should be a way to set me up with an "observer" profile on Gong so that it doesn't automatically try to record all of my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Core product is recording our sales reps' calls, and it's been great to have all of their calls recorded. Additional features around searchability, talk time, etc are extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product, but be clear on who needs to be set up to record calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share calls with colleagues so that they can hear first hand from prospects.
The ability to having call snippets shared with me are also great but more important is the analytics.

could use a better salesforce integration

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to calls, evaluate processes and acknowledge key points for growth. I also appreciate the ability to search key words, increase the speed, and find common words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the measurements do not apply to my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am aware of common responses, areas of growth to enhance future calls and support.

Don't be afraid to use this tool to grow!

What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can listen to colleagues calls and share them with my managers. We all benefit from this.

The video function didn't net many positive results.

As a sales team, we help each other by sharing our calls and strategizing with each other.

Great Software!

What do you like best about the product?
The software is simple but provides a great deal of transparency for our organization! The platform is easy to train on and helps to reduce the ramp period for new hires and saves the company money. The ability to create libraries of calls is fantastic! It is simple to flag calls for coaching and give the whole floor access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transcript feature was a little better. The word count and picking up certain words is often a little off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using Gong to reduce ramp time for a new hire, create more efficient AEs, and build a stronger SDR team. The benefits of the program are being able to have a completely remote team and have accountability and transparency into the day to day activities. It has allowed our SDR team to become stronger by listening to the sales conversation and allowing the AE team to give direct feedback on the appointments being set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use all of the features and have the entire staff trained on things when you implement it!

User friendly, data driven platform

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly a call gets uploaded for me to listen to. Within 10 minutes I can go back and listen to a demo that just occurred and review how things went. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with the other tools that we use, like google calendar and frontspin. It makes things much easier for me. I also like how things are color coded, so that I can easily jump to the desired portion of the demo. For example, when I want to jump to listen to a close, then I go to the pricing section of the call, and don't have to fast forward through the whole thing to get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't upload a call that wasn't automatically integrated. There are times when someone will call me, but because it came through my desk phone I have to listen to it on another platform. It would be helpful to take downloaded calls and be able to drop them into gong to be analyzed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how long my dialogues are, and improving my listening skills. When I don't use gong, it's hard to tell what points were talked about, how much the prospect talked, and the time it took to progress through the demo. I don't have to listen to the entire call to know at what point I'm at in the demo.

Seamless User Experience & Insights from SDR

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see the happenings of my sales org with Gong. I particularly like the "listen in" feature for live calls which makes it easy to fit in time for research throughout my days as an SDR who's aspiring to be a sales rep. The educational benefits of Gong are amazing and seeing the analytics for the call features (talk time, small talk time, next steps etc. The format of Gong is definitely the most helpful as it's extremely user friendly and easy to see insights for a sales call at a glance. It's an awesome tool to use for sales coaching purposes as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the features can take a bit to load but all in all the tool is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to analyze calls and to allow your entire company to engage with the pre & post sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the fact that it is separated into teams was useful. I love the fact that it has a script to also assist.
