Saves me so much time, love the valuable insights!

What do you like best about the product?
For me, Gong gives me the ability to be in the moment with my conversations and not have to worry about getting all the important information that we are discussing into my notes. I also enjoy being able to share the call or a snippet with my team or with the customer. Recently, I have been using some of the insights with email to also see large points of interaction. This has helped a lot with some accounts that I recently took over and needed to get more background on.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there aren't any features that I haven't enjoyed using or had any issues with. I think Gong is great!!
I suppose there are a lot of features I may not be using because I don't have a full understanding of all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a larger scale, it's helping our managers give better feedback or have more insights into conversations and progress with opportunities. For Reps, its a great want to have a more historical context with all the conversations, as well as the quality of the conversations that are being had.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend Gong, if you are considering using it, go for it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can comment on other's recordings. It is super useful that I can send a call to someone on our sales development team and they can directly give me feedback there and "grade" the call. It is also useful to see the percentage of time that I speak - good to reflect on that after the call is over and see how I can improve next time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I get an email every time a call has been uploaded to Gong. If I want to look for that call I can just search it within Gong. Getting an email clutters my inbox and seems unnecessary. I don't think the recommendations that Gong makes are super helpful either because everyone in sales kind of has a different mindset and tactics that work best for them. So it's hard to give generalized advice when everyone has their own style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said above, this has been extremely helpful while working remote because we aren't able to hear each other on the phone every day like we used to when we were in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcript feature as well as the ability to search for particular time frames (conversations)
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to search for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk ratio!! How much I speak vs how much the client speaks. Hindsight is always helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pick out keywords and find trends in sales demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more user friendly in creating filters and finding specific calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire company is closer to our customers because we use Gong. People in our Product department are able to access trends simply because of demos our sales team is hosting, which happens daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track key words in calls, efficient way to manage activity, and choose trackers to accurately determine conversation topics across a large data set. Really like the deal touchpoint function. Calls record easily also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, calls can be uploaded on to Gong quite slowly. No major issues however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Can easily track activity and find calls quickly using key word trackers

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is it helps you overcome any natural tendencies to pitch your product in sales and encourages you to more actively listen to customers and understand their needs, through continuous coaching and feedback. Helping me balance the listening aspect of my calls have improved my sales numbers, deal sizes, and ultimately increased my customers satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we had more in depth options for sharing and editing video recordings of the presentations. The capabilities already there exceed other solutions capabilities, but I feel like with a few more added options for editing recordings and sharing them with others this would be better than perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing information that I can't manually take notes on easily and being able to re-listen to discover calls with the ability to quickly search for terms has been a huge benefit.

It's made my deal descriptions when I write up action plans for customers and statements of work much more detailed and valuable to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search calls by people, keywords, stages, hashtags, etc. and read call transcripts! Transcripts are so useful for pulling details without having to listen through the entire call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything - I on-boarded remotely and don't know what I would've done without Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I on-boarded using Gong used it to shadow my teammates calls, listen through how they word/phrase/relay their knowledge on the phone which helped me craft my own persona and pitch and as a team, we use it to relay information about sales calls to colleagues and managers, keep track of improvement, review calls as a team, receive and implement sales coaching, involve other departments in our calls, etc.

Would be nice if there was an option to have calls transcribed.

Problem: ability to delete accidentally recorded calls

What do you like best about the product?
Having access to my colleagues' calls is very helpful from a learning perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library can be quite vast-- the system requires segmentation to be leveraged best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to talk tracks, the ability to revisit customer calls when crafting follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Listening back to my coworkers and my calls to supplement for being in the office and for extra learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to find calls and sometimes there's a slow upload but that's probably our phone system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to my coworkers calls even while away from the office, and listening to calls based on which competitors are involved in the conversation
