What do you like best about the product?
Many things. I like the way it can help forecast your pipeline but most of all I love the emails it can generate after your meeting highlighting certain topics. Gong helps you stay focused on the call and no worries about having to write notes. Gong's AI can help generate answers to any questions you have about your call. Without Gong's AI features on a daily use, I don't know how I'd be able to keep up.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some areas i wish you can collapse and make some features more visible on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the biggest problem Gong is solving. Gong saves me so much time so i don't have to write up follow up emails and don't have to write notes during my meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it executes an incredible amount of useful insights, conversation and action summaries, amalgamated insights from previous interactions and data to accelerate your learning and improve your own practice. Gong AI is already doing amazing things and is a great help to support customers with a summary of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally does some inaccurate transcriptions of what was said and / or who said it. But this has not fundamentally impacted my ability to draw insight from the recordings and to be really honest a lot of the time the incorrectly transcribed words are quite funny and a source of entertainment to share with peers on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key messages and actions from session, immediate feedback on how much time was spent talking / listening, the ability to watch peer recordings to learn from them and also get up to speed with what the customer is currently facing in terms of challenges. And most recently, AI doing the hard work of reviewing the summaries of the recorded interactions so that I do not have to go and watch all of them to sensemake a summary by myself. I just wish I had this tool for other roles I have done in the past - it saves an incredible amount of time and gives insights that just wouldn't have been plausible to spend time looking for previously.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and navigate to pull the data you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to use Chorus, and it was much quicker to snap sections of the call and share. Gong currently requires more clicks to do so, which is a time suck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track our conversations and action items better, so we can be more present with the merchant on the call and focus on what they are saying. Great to have a reference point and support on the call to circle back on items mentioned or to verify what what said to inform internal conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
It boosts my efficiency. I love the pipeline section to keep on top of my renewals and that it pulls activity data that can be analyzed with AI to find what I'm looking for. The follow-up email feature is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were an all-in-one tool and worked as a CRM as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me be more efficient and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has became a source of truth for recording customer calls, reviewing customer conversations, sharing recordings externally, recaps for representatives and action items or topics discussed for all of those interested in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about Gong at this time but looking forward to more enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a summary of the entire meeting and everything reaches your inbox within 10minutes of finishing the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't got to a point where I can dislike gong yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me analyze the call and it has completely eliminated the need for taking notes. Anytime I want to ask or remember something, I can go to the call, search the keyword and I have the whole information.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to view timeline of activity within an account. My meeting follow-ups take easily 80% less time to send out and are much more impactful. The forecasting tool is fantastic. This is infinitely better than having to manage a completely manual google sheet with my manager and another with my team for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a ton going on with UI features and navigation buttons. There's a lot of the platform that I don't use because I forget about it or don't know about it because it's in multiple navigation layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing manual effort required for recording meetings, analyzing calls, and following up with stakeholders in a timely manner with the most impactful information.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super easy to use we didn't even need a training module on it. Our team frequently uses it every week because it's implementation makes it so easy to have meetings automatically save.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at this time, perhaps a few different folders to keep various types of meetings would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a great taker and also a great sales coach. I love the benefit of getting to see how much I talk versus the prospect on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me stay focused and engaged in all my meetings by taking all the notes for me. It is extremely beneficial because it allows me to be actively listening to my clients and discover real pain points that they have, leading to business for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Gong is that it sometimes can not show up on the meeting, and I just wish I would recieve a notification if the person I am meeting with has declined the Gong recording so that I can prepare otherwise for the meeting (notebook pen etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is recording my meeting and taking notes for me so that I can be acitively engaged in my conversation. This is benefiting me because I can actually listen to the person, instead of taking notes and trying to multitask. I also do not forget anything because I can go back to the recording.
