Helpful Resource For Managing Meeting Follow-ups

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is:
* Ease of use - I use the highlights and call info tabs after every call.
* Key points and next steps are clearly defined.
* Ability to share a portion of a call.
* The search functionality.
* AI resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any technology, it sometimes gets it wrong. It is essential to review all highlights, key points, and next steps before sharing them because some items are incorrectly transcribed into the summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a member of customer success, I can listen to previous recordings to find out information about newly contracted customers.

Great sales tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as it can automatically join my calls. Saves me from missing things in my notes. Easy to share and playback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not certain that prospects like seeing Gong on calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is helping to better understand customers/prospects. Being able to go back and double check notes and read body language is incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Its hard to say what I like best about Gong.

The call recording to go back and quickly see my calls and fast forward is great. I can grab snippets and sent it to our prospects. Lastly the feedback and coaching on Gong is the best I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up email templates aren't great. I've used ChatGPT and gave it more directon for better follow up email automations. Other than that I really love using Gong and happy my org has implemented it. Used it for 3 years now couldn't imagine not using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call quality notes, pipeline progression and deal flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been the most useful tool I have used so far. All my call recordings, the notes it generates, the team scores cards and what not.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s way to perfect, I don’t think gong needs any improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps me maintain complete records of my calls and analyze interactions with customers. It also assists in summarizing calls and generating follow-up emails efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to share snippets internally and recordings to customers.
- Ai speeds up finding important info and follow-up steps.
- Transcript to review any parts misheard.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Feel like I could get more out of it past the recording and Ai functionality, I'm sure the analysis could serve me more if I learnt the full functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping on track with customer projects and tasks.
- Improved collaboration between internal team memers.
- Creating follow-up emails to summarise actions and next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong simplifies all pertinant information into one location while providing AI interrogation of meetings and data. The processes by which Gong is created enables users to be more efficient with time while elevating the professionalism with customers. The software was incredibly easy to implement and integrates with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is less intuitive to navigate. Though it has great information, the layout can be a bit confusing. Frequently used for reviewing ongoing meetings and creating defined next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps in time efficiency and clarity of deal management.

What do you like best about the product?
it evaluates the calls and the conversations summarizes them and I can use gong as per my preference

It logs me out even after a few minutes of inactivity

Helping me review my calls, listen and go through the best calls and when I am looking for something specific they are easy to find too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes business insights digestable and so easily accessible for our team across the organization. This facilitates a space where feedback can be provided and which ultimately contributes to our individual professional development as sales professionals. It's not simply a recorded call or AI-generated email, but a reflection on how you are approaching your prospects and customers and overall, company mission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting for more Latin Ameican #'s :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to zone in on connect rates and understanding what is driving this key metric. Also, it is inviting the Sales Development team to really understand the prospects our team is sourcing for our sales account executives and the quality of discovery achieved.

What do you like best about the product?
A few things that Gong really helps me with:
#1 - It helps me review call notes and share internally with my team for any assistance that might be needed
#2- Ease of use, it just becomes part of my day to day
#3- Reporting and Analytics are fantastic to review with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
It could feel like you are micromanging reps using tools like Gong but I look at it as a worthwhile tool and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mostly for call notes and to review teams activity. This allows myself as a sales manager to be present but not on every single call a rep has. It's importnt for me to grab notes to give advice when needed. It does help with forecasting and over opertional intelligence.

Everything is catalogued well and is easy to access. The note taking system is very good.

Thus far I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about Gong.

Gong makes it very easy to look back at calls without needing to create a transcript on my own.
