The Sales Call Analysis king
What do you like best about the product?
You can analyze your sales calls in great detail. Switch from focusing on the prospect to focusing on yourself to ensure a smooth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, I am overall happy with its service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my sales team improve their sales skills by conducting call reviews.
Great for coaching and call summary
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic recording of all calls, end of summary call, view into individual and team calls, call history, help coaching self and team and finding specific parts of a meeting by searching words.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account view timeline can be confusing when trying to find a call, but after using it I understood how it worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker time to follow up on calls and assign tasks for follow up. If we ever need to go back to a call and verify something, it is easy to find that part of the call.
Best call AI tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
It is so instrumental not only in the ramping process as a new sales rep anywhere you go, but it's so impactful to not worry about having to take notes during the call b/c you know Gong has your bac k with the recording to go back and listen to and use the AI tool on the backend to summarize the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I would say I dislike about Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem Gong solves for me is two-fold. 1 - super helpful in the ramping process to hear actual conversations with customers. 2 - alleviating the need to take notes during a call so that I can focus on the conversation.

How i can ask it anything and it usually goves me a pretty acurate answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
when im in full screen watching a recording, i cant click to another part of the call. i just realized i have to scroll down. would be cool if it could be more like youtube where you can click on the line below. i also wish it analyzed my calls faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instead of having to listen to the whole recording, i can skip to certain parts (like next steps). i can see how well i did by looking at stats. my peers can listen to my calls and give me feedback. i love how it gives me a call summary i can just copy and paste into my notes! i wish it analyzed my calls faster.
Functionality off the charts
What do you like best about the product?
Sales is very language oreinted and gong allows for statuistics to get involved in that process that allows me to find out whta type of language works the best. Numbers don't lie.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much information in gong. Sometimes it's ver easy to get lost in all of it. I think the outlines of the calls could go more in depth as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me go back into calls to see what they care about and allows me to be present in calls without getting lost in note taking. Gong also allows me to go back and review deals that worked and didn't work and I'm able to see how I get there and repeat the processes that helped and which didn't.
Helps streamline and stay on top of things so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Love how Gong shows talk time during a call and summarizes the discussion and action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is on top of opps, good bad or ugly, so you will get notifications on bad deals.

Reviewing calls and keeping sales moving forward.

The meeting reviews and email generator!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not connected to our CRM and email system, I would love to see how we could enhance emails based on previous purchases etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to focus on calls, as they create a review with the key takeaways and next steps instead of trying to figure it out alone
Excellent solution
What do you like best about the product?
Helps speed up my sales process. Love that I can use AI to help with emails after the meeting. Gong is great at keeping me organisationed and it saves all those hours of typing up meeting notes. It's all in Gong ready for me at any time. My colleagues love it as they are kept in the loop and it makes for an easier working environement. Gong is easy to use and there aren't many days that I don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting isn't as easy as Clari but it's got far more features so it makes up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time writing meeting notes, helps with fup emails after meetings. Good for forecasting and making sure your organised.

The Gong platform is exceptionally user-friendly and straightforward to implement. I would like to express my gratitude to Chip Grossman, and Lana Oleary for the exemplary customer support provided, which has greatly facilitated the training process for both myself and my team. I utilize Gong for assistance during all my meetings with clients. I greatly appreciate that my meetings are recorded and accompanied by concise and clear notes for follow-up. Additionally, I find great value in employing the AI-generated questions, as they assist me in evaluating my calls, highlighting positive aspects, and offering constructive criticism to enhance my performance in future meetings.

I would greatly appreciate assistance in refining my emails to reduce my reliance on external sources for additional support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The loss of potential customers which may be attributed to inadequate follow-up procedures, lack of structured meeting agendas, and suboptimal productivity levels.

Gong is one of the best applications I have had the pleasure of working with. It is an excellent application for self-development and provides a valuable learning platform. By using Gong, we can listen to our own calls and identify areas for improvement. We can also share calls with experts to receive feedback.
