Easy to use tool! Highly recommend

Ease of use and the app is easy to use. Provides good call insights

I get too many reminders and emails. Need to adjust my own settings.

As a leader it lets me listen to my teams calls even if I can’t join

I love how everything gets put into written form. That way I can review and take from ALL calls from people in my org and make things my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a searchable manuscript of the call is a great feature. This allows the me as a sales person to focus solely on the conversation rather than having to take notes during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The announcement of the recorder while on a call is delayed and generally cuts off the speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves a number of issues including:
1. Creating a call library for the sales team to go back and listen to previous calls. As well as for training new hires.
2. Allows for other members of the organization to stay in the loop and up to date on certain accounts.
3. Allows for sales to focus solely on the call as it is being recorded along with creating a searchable manuscript.

The best software we use
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a large team of AE's and I can't be on every call,demo,pricing call,etc. but Gong gives me the ability to do that. It's amazing for us to be able to listen and review calls as well as do live coaching reviews. It's really helped us improve our messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. At first it would log me out a lot but seems like that has been fixed

If you are concerned about cost the ROI will be there in the first few months. Helps in so many ways across more than just the sales team. Great software, easy to implement, helps right away!
Gong is a time savor!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that when you can take notes during a call, afterward you can click on the time stamp and it directs you straight to that point of the call. It's also so helpful for our Product Managers to be tagged in the comments as well, so they can hear and even see exact user feedback, such a time saver. We have also created specific hashtags to use to track things like product feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I take a lot of calls back to back, and unfortunately use the same zoom meeting ID for each of them. Gong doesn't play well with this scenario because I'll be wrapping up one call, but then Gong wants to join again for the next call coming up. If I decline or close out of that zoom meeting and open the next week to start my new call, Gong won't automatically join, I have to create a new invite for it to join immediately again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from tracking product feedback, positive and negatives, running across support/bug issues and relaying those to our support team to see the issue in real-time if they want, utilizing the transcript for customer quotes, and so much more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The benefit of this tool is ENDLESS! EVERY department in your org can utilize this tool!

nothing! easy and user friendly. love how it tracks high points of conversation!

Easier to recap and keep track of my calls with clients. As I have over 200, it can be hard to remember exactly who needs what
Excellent resource for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact I can skip through parts of conversations I have with prospects quickly and easily. Good recording quality, and also the fact that it can tag what we were talking about making it easy to review parts of conversations with my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me as an SDR identify changes to be made in my pitches and my discovery calls. Really simplifies that process.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to seamlessly review calls, the transcription, and all of the stats.

Nothing, Gong is the best tool that I've used for call review.

Easily review my calls and other calls from the team. I also love being able to go into a call really quickly and search the transcript for something specific.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm unsure of what it costs, but it's the most effective Call Review Tool I've ever used.
Great tool for coaching and follow up!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a tool we use religiously for all of our sales calls. It allows us to not only do thorough coaching for new hires and tenured reps, but also allows us to have great follow up as we can list back to phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes issues with recordings not working, but Gong support is very fast to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Random times it will not record, but Gong has fixed things super quick when we raise these concerns.

It's a great tool! Would highly recommend.
Good tool, helpful for your sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to go back and listen to calls- for self learning and less note taking purposes. Clients often ask for copies of the recordings so it's nice to be able to condense the calls and send only the relevant part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there is a setting but I'd prefer the recording feature to verbally announce that it's recording so I don't have to remember to call it out.

Gong helps me collect and maintain more accurate details about my deals. It's also to hear the context verbally and not just written notes. In long sales cycles (1 year), this is critical.
