Great tool for sales and success alike

What do you like best about the product?
I love the category options at the bottom of the call screen when you are listening back to your call, it really allows you to jump around and get the info you need, or listen to the specific section that is needed. I also really love the call notes functionality. I just learned about this and I really love this vs. using notepad on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think its super intuitive to find individuals calls but perhaps that is by design. The search functionality is a little daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally in success it is nice to be able to hear back what the individual was sold and also reference what I had promised the customer I would get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a great tool for sales and success, and just as an intelligence tool in general. I dont use it for sales coaching currently but I can definitely see how that would be beneficial to sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review conversations and understand previous conversations with different team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can sometimes come into conversations late which can be quite awkward mid sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the issues of better transparency between teams. We haven’t done horrible in the past but gong allows us to be better. This has had a huge benefit around renewal conversations. Nothing gets lost in translation anymore and we all have more effective ways of communicating.

What do you like best about the product?
fact I can see all communications (zoom and mails) in one place, event if i'm not the one in the loop.
today it is used mostly for going back and see what a customer wrote.
we record our zoom sessions so easy to follow up and check what was the issue .

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it will pull out themes from your calls and tell you what is talked about most with your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find immediate value with a smaller team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out what is the biggest objection brought up by prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use all of the features you pay for so you take advantage. We didn't do that and we should have.

What do you like best about the product?
Alerts to my email for specific situations that I can coach through in 1:1s and highlight in team settings
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to listen to calls, truthfully. Since I had various teammates, it was tough to always stay on top of cutting out time in the day/week to listen carefully and take the necessary next steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching for new reps - our sales are big so we need them to be ramped quickly. We've realized having them listen to successful calls makes their ramp a fraction of the time

What do you like best about the product?
I love being about to see my commonly used words as well as the topics discussed. I also like that I can see the break down of talk time per side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback in my use of Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tighten up my selling process by being able to analyze my conversations. I am able to adjust my language, recognize when I'm talking too much or about the wrong topics. I get automatic feedback as well my peer feedback through comments.

Great tool for analyzing and perfecting conversations!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Gong is to use. It is smart and teaches you how to get the most out of the product. I used to be fearful of having every single call recorded but with Gong I truly trust its feedback and rely on team members to give me feedback. I also love being able to view the transcripts from the calls. It makes it easy to skim over each call and build different scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I actually dislike with Gong. Other than the announcement at the beginning of each call that the call is being recorded. Its always 10 seconds delayed and makes for an awkward intro at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a slew of problems that we face. We are building a library of discovery calls that can be analyzed by keywords. So we can get a good understanding of what our customers are saying. We also use it for training reps.

Gong also allows us to get realtime feedback on the things that team members are doing well. When you start to see an outlier on the team reps will be able to listen to calls and see what they can add to their own flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It has been the best thing for our team! Enables reps to grow on their own and not have to have managers review every call.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent way to review sales and product calls. I love being able to listen at 1.5x speed, and the notifications I get every time there's a new call available. It's also very easy to set up a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great. The automated conversation division by topics doesn't always work 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're fine tuning our sales approach, looking for product feedback. Marketing also uses this to better understand our value prop and product limitations.

It's a great product, definitely recommended!
