Amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
That I don't have to scramble to take notes. The analytics are amazing and have made me a better sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I use it every single day and it is a life saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales calls. It helps me identify my filler words.

A great tool for collaboration and improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great at identifying what topics are being discussed at which point in the conversation. I also like how easy it is to share the call with the team or with customers. By doing so I am able to loop in the relevant members of the organisation and show them the customer's problem in the customer's own words. I can also highlight snips for later review.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be an accent thing, but Gong's transcription side could be improved. Often my words or the words of sellers who are non-native English speakers are misinterpreted which leads to some interesting transcript quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has made it easy for me to go over my conversations with prospective clients and asa result allows me to focus more on the conversation as it happens. Secondly, it is a great tool for getting feedback as you can highlight and add notes to specific areas of the call, making it easy to highlight areas of improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this a fantastic tool

Great Platform To Review & Improve On Calls

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Gong give you a complete review of your call. You are able to see what percentage each person spoke throughout the call, what words you used the most and any follow up you mentioned on the call. It's a great way to ensure you stay on task and have a clear follow up after the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I do not like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to look back on calls and provide feedback and coaching to our sales team more easily. We also have a full report on the call and a way to easily access any previous call history. It is also nice to get a log of all previous gong calls the morning of a call.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the break down of the call. Specifically, when next steps take place I know exactly where ti o.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I think gong is a great software and will only continue to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives me the ability to go replay conversations I have with prospects. I am able to go back and listen when my written notes are unclear.

Visual cues that tell me who spoke when so I can quickly get to what I am looking for.

Would be great if the transcript kept pace with the audio.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. Very little setup to get up and running and get us the data we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recorder joins early, which sends out emails to attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training has gotten a huge boost from the use of Gong across our org!

Great platform for coaching/review

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the ability to find specific snippets of calls and share feedback. I can also search for words within specific calls to make finding the correct phrase or talk-track easy. No more time-stamping quotes in handwritten notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard to navigate, so I typically leverage search. It is nice that you can share calls with each other across the organization, so if there is ever something I need to listen to or something I am prescribing to someone else, I can ensure that that actually happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review calls, search on words that have been said, and easily go back to re-listen to provide coaching. It is also super easy to share calls across the organization, improving alignment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for those looking to better understand how their reps are performing on calls. What value-props are landing especially well, and what should be left out next time. Perfect for sharing best practices.

Know yourself

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can easily search through your teams calls. It made me quickly aware of how to demo my companies platform while I was on-boarded. Another feature that is KEY, is how quickly you can send out a link to the recording. You're able to quickly create a link and you can limit the access that person has. For example if you mentioned something at the end of a call that is no longer relevant to the listener, you can cut off that portion.

It's also been very helpful for reviewing calls with my manager and getting to know myself and my sales ticks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I would change at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
big benefit is being able to create an alert for terms mentioned within calls. esppecially helpful when launching new products.

Easy to use, impossible to live without!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Gong is that I'm able to read transcripts in addition to watching and listening to my calls. The transcripts are surprisingly accurate, and Gong's AI tools are incredibly valuable in reminding me about action items, next steps, and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of sales effectiveness - by listening back, I'm able to be a bit better each time. A major benefit I have realized is that I'm able to hold both myself and my prospects accountable. They also love getting a shared version of the recording to share internally, and it really helps us get internal buy in when other stakeholders can't join a demo, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tools is absolutely worth it - just make sure you're following up with your sales team to make sure they're taking advantage of it. If they make it a habit, it will go a long way!

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature. It's essential for following up with prospects that we have previously spoke to and expected a follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better integrated with our outreaching programs, so we are not dealing with the applications independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with on-boarding new reps are being solved. We don't have enough written material to draw from, but with filtering Gong calls, we may coach and educate new hires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get into the reporting functions of Gong early. Use them in training.
