Gong used to review for call notes and complete and accurate follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
Search and transcript feature. If I don't have time to make notes right away and set follow up, I can go into Gong later. I am not in sales, I am sales support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not appear to capture, and use in the transcript dialog the name of the 3rd party the client and I are calling. This can make the transcript harder to follow accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating accurate notes and follow up when I need to go back to that call. Often I have a higher priority than making notes and follow up right after the call.
Amazing transcripts and summary's
What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the best transcripts / summaries compared to other call recording platforms I have prevoiusly used. I do not need to manually take call notes on a call anymore and can focus on the conversation. It has a very robust platform. It is easy to use and use without thinking about it, it integrates well to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to search for prevous call recordings if the occured over a month ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking & call sharing across the company. Everyone can look at our client calls and see what sentiment the client was feeling on the call and a summary without having to speak with the agent who held the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to review my calls, learn from others calls, quickly create a follow up email and find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have yet to find anything I don't like about Gong. My access is limited due to my company subscription, so I wish I had access to more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to review my calls, so that I can become a better seller, it ensures I am not missing any imporant information from prospect conversations and it helps me prepare for future calls but providing quick recaps. The AI features make it easy to pick out informaiton.
Gong drives efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my client calls are seamlessly recorded to ensure I do not miss any part of the discussions. After the call is finished you have the ability to review the call, gain feedback on your effectiveness and there is also Next steps and an AI email generation option for follow up. It easily integrates into my zoom or google meeting applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to make sure you end one client call and complelty hang up so that you can separate the two within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong captures my dialog so that I do not miss any details, it also helps with follow up and next steps, so that I do not miss any deliverables
Gong is a game changer and a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Manager, I need to have a comprehensive understanding of why my new accounts chose to partner with us in the first place. With churn within my organization and team members moving into new roles, it’s not always feasible to rely solely on internal handovers. I need to gather additional information independently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot that I can think of currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me reflect back on my call and allow me to see areas of improvement. I can track key talking points, tone and listen back to key point that I may have missed in the call.
Gong Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the virtual assistant that is there to take notes are you proceed with the meeting, as you engage with your clients. It records the call, does the minutes, all on its own, the ease of use its one of its highlights. I use it in every meeting and depend on the summary at the end to ensure that i dont miss key points of my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item to remember is to add gong when ever you do send out a meeting invite, outlook does not automatically add the hyperlink to the meeting.

I use Gong for post meeting notes. I use their ai to search through the transcript and retrieve information from the calls.

It takes longer than neccesary to analyze a call

I no longer need to write meeting notes. I have the transcript and integilence about the sales call on hand
Gong Has Given Me More Insights as a Sales Leader
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to review pipeline and also review submitted forecast. This as given me greater visibility into my team's performance in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is a little wonky. For example, I have to exit out of the page and then back in for it to refresh. Those extra clicks can get tiresome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me gain more insights into accounts quicker. With Gong AI, which we are just starting to adapt, it allows me to ask a question about my account and then all relevant information is pulled up. That saves me a ton of time and has increased my productivity, allowing me to focus on other also important priorities.
Easy to use and helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to gather information, easy to use, and like that I can read the transpcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool doesn't pick up the right word so this can provide you with incorrect data and more search options would be nice.

Gathering information to better enable our sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The user experience is very friendly and I like how you can add filters to find specific phone calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it only records phones calls longer than 60 seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have problems with Gong but it helps me listen back to my calls to analyze conversation quality and how I can improve.
