I LOVE GONG!
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, I love reviewing my calls with a prospect. I am able to listen to my calls for peer reviews and see my transcript of my conversation for note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The written transcript isn't always correct, but it's a minor dislike. It definitely does 80-90% of the work for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peer reviews and note-taking helps me out the most.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales is hard enough... having a system for coaching, call recording and transcribing frees up so much more time. We all know time is money... which is why Gong is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like about Gong is the notifications on the Mobile App... not easy to figure out how to make them go away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s hard to always take perfect notes - Gong is there for me to ensure that I never miss a beat. It’s also amazing for learning from more seasoned reps and obviously for being coached as well!

Use it to learn from better reps
Gong is the best training tool I've had the opportunity to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong's intelligent topic categorization (being able to search calls by topic, phrases, words, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how looooong it takes for Gong calls to be loaded. It's almost impossible to make a call and review it the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to ACTIVELY LISTEN (and therefore have better conversations) with my clients and potential clients, because I'm not focused on notating every detail. Gong has also given me the ability to not only learn from my colleagues calls, but also from MY OWN!!

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript, the stats, and the data with how I can improve whether its interactivity, call time, talk ratio. I enjoy everything about gong. What an amazing product
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's annoying to have to keep logging in with my single sign on. I see why they do that but its still annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming a better speaker, talking less, listening better, and eliminating filler words.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily stay up to date on the conversations my team are having with customers and provide timely feedback on specific parts of conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I'd like to be able set up different trackers for different teams (e.g. CS vs AEs). The transcribing and points of interest could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
First, I do love the chance to learn while driving, by listening to my peers' calls and demos via mobile app while I'm in my car, especially during pretty long trips (and I do a lot). Gong allows me to never stop learning, even during long and boring driving time! Actually, Gong has become my new Spotify.
Secondly, I can improve my performances thanks to analytics, especially in terms of talk ratio, question rate, patience, and many other indicators.
Lastly, Gong is allowing me to be 100% concentrated on my client. I don't have to take notes as I was used to doing before and for me, that is a huge advantage, especially during long discovery calls with my prospective clients.

To be frank, nothing at the moment actually, but it seems like I have to use at least 40 characters here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big benefit is that thanks to Gong I am improving in my job, controlling my talk ratio, asking more questions, being more patient, and above all, being always fully concentrated on my client needs without the need to be distracted while taking notes as I know that everything will be there immediately after the session, with audio, video and transcript versions + analytics!
Another great thing is that my clients, especially after demos, appreciate a lot to get access to the recordings for their internal review and knowledge sharing.

Gong is the best investment you can make in yourself!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in sales for 6+ years, and have only been using Gong the last year of that. Over my sales tenure, I can confidently say Gong has immensely improved my sales skills by identifying gaps, recording my calls to capture what was said, and training our new hire AE's. Gong continues to blow my mind in what it can do for our sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think off the top of my head what I dislike about this product. It has helped me save time and make more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Gong, I often times had challenges in remembering everything that was captured during the call. Gong records and transcripts what was said, and then provides value nuggets such as:
- Talk ratio
- Best practices
- Question rate
- Phrases / topics of interest
I also enjoy how my Manager can listen to my calls whenever they would like to, as well as new hire AE's can also reference the recorded calls for training and continuous learning purposes.

A Must Have For Any Sales, Sales Development, or Distributed Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Coaching, Self Driven Insights, and the ability to coach remotely. Gone are the days of call splitters and coaching from afar can be difficult, if not impossible. On-boarding and showing a full-sales cycle changes from an exercise that takes weeks to get the "right" meetings and moves to less than a day of best practice meetings. Best of all, the teams self-assess and get a few real-time insights into their own calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compliance is the only "downside" and something to be addressed at the organization level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Onboarding simplification - we have our "best" calls and demos in a library, rather than new hires shadowing the first available calls

What do you like best about the product?
The Metrics and Stats function is imperative for being the best customer success manager you could be. Having everything from patience, topics, and question rate has been helpful to my future calls with my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report. Any additional Interaction topics would be helpful just to grow my skill set and better serve my accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My phone etiquette. Having a system tell you the average interactions of your phone calls is imperative for being the best customer success manager you could be

the ability to watch calls you missed due to travel, the ability to watch calls in faster speeds and fast forward/jump around

nothing really, i like gong and would recommend it

making sure I don't miss anything with customer calls I cannot always attend. it is an easy way to keep up and be able to hear all convos even if you cannot be on the call at the scheduled time
