Great software for sharing and learning
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create quick training videos that can be shared with our team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at all......

What do you like best about the product?
Great meeting notes and sear functions means I can find the info I need from calls easily, saving me time and effort and keeping deals on track

UI for forecasting can be a bit confusing at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking in calls, searchable records means I can pass on feedback and actions easily and dont have to worry about forgetting anything
Time Saver Extraordinaire
What do you like best about the product?
I am at a new job and have been leveraging Gong for outbound prospecting. I love how much time is saves me every day. First of all, it creates a to-do list for me and separates it by Calls, Emails, LinkedIn connections, etc. Then it provides a way for me to pre-create templates or write them ad hoc on the fly. I love that there is a way to create a flow so that I can use my own best practices to set up a flow that works for my style and then add people and manage them appropriately. It is a phenomenal tool for keeping you on track and organized. I am very competitive so I like being able to see the statistics of my teammates to see where I rank in the statistics.
While I was in training I was able to watch all of the discovery calls, demos, and negotiation calls that my peers have done as they were all recorded in Gong. This helped me ramp up very quickly and learn our pitch, our product, and what we show on demos versus having to sit on calls and make my peers feel uncomfortable.
I also love the feature that shows you who opened your messages and how many times so you can see what messaging is effective.
The AI Features that help you craft messages are pretty cool too.
All in all, I love using Gong.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not found anything I don't like about Gong. I find it a very well-thought-out solution. I would like a way to create an Activity in Gong and have it log as an activity in SalesForce.

It provides a lot of good content and time savers

Interesting new AI features which can really save time in reviewing calls and giving feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features aren't really scaled well- they are good for a single account or a single call but it's hard to get trends based on a lot of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to use good calls for references for training and teaching. It also gives a good place to leave feedback directly on calls for reps, and refer backt o different customers and use cases in our discussions with the product team. There are many use cases, and we haven't even delved into all the features
It's like having your virtual secretary.

"I really like that after a meeting, an email arrives with a summary of details; the most important things are there so you can refer to them later, and it also sends reminders to the people involved

I have no comments on this point as GONG is great.

I constantly have meetings with clients and other colleagues involved in my sales process, and Gong helps me take notes on everything we discuss in the meeting and the commitments I make with the clients
Fairly intuitive sales intelligence platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search conversations through the universal search tool, filtering ability, viewing experience (speed + transcript)

struggle to make calls on the platform as i used to be able to with the previous tool we used, outreach

Ability for manager to coach me on critical conversations, seamless cloud recording and intelligent follow-up notes
Great tool for forecasting and recording meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for forecasting. The UI is easy to use and it integrates well with our CRM as well. The call highlights feature and ask me anything feature saves me a bunch of time when looking to go through data of old deals and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times Gong does not pick the call linked to the account and I have to manually link the call to the opportunity on Gong to get the right score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in forecasting right since the Gong scores on every deal help me find what things I need to do make the deal close faster. The call highlights feature saves time by giving a quick summary of old calls so that I don't have to go through the call again.
High Quality, User-Friendly, Decent Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The call brief, key points, and next steps are very useful and quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I do not have any dislikes about using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is another set of ears on that call that takes usable notes while highlighting key points, next steps, and points of interest.

Amazing for customer success. Great for taking notes on calls.

There are no downsides that I can think of.

Helping CS team members take notes during numerous calls.
Gong is great for saving time as a rep
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call summaries and follow up emails that the software generates. They are 95% accurate and they save me a lot of time. I also like the coaching tips it gives me
What do you dislike about the product?
SOmetimes the UI isn't great for finding past recorded calls if they were done by a former colleague.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me to record and summarize my calls; helping me remember my calls better and helping me fastet to follow up with prospects. Gong helps to eliminate manual work as well!
