I like how you can search specific keywords from calls to find something you discussed

I've been able to better myself as a salesperson using gong. I also am a lot more relaxed on calls because I'm not having to rush to take notes all of the time.

I like listening to gong calls after work to perfect my craft and get better every day

I dislike the pause and notes feature. It can be clunky at times and takes a lot of time to pause and take notes

I'm solving my challenges with getting better at active listening. I also am getting better at identifying gaps in my closing process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go back and listen to my calls. If I missed anything, it is all transcribed. This tool is a total game changer!

I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about the product. Huge fan!

I'm able to send my customers a recording of our calls and also listen better because I know I can revisit my calls afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use on a day-to-day basis and provides incredibly valuable insights at both the rep and team level.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint (which isn't really fair) is that since I wasn't involved in the initial evaluation or implementation I'd benefit from some ongoing education opportunities. It may even exist and I'm simply not aware of it, but some sort of self-guided training to get even deeper into the product would be great. The rollout across our sales org was very smooth, but I can't shake the hunch that it can do more than I know.

We use gong for both individual call analysis, as well as identifying performance trends across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super helpful for training ! I like the transcription aspect of the recordings.

The transcriptions aren't very accurate. They often mix up words and reading them never actually makes much sense.

Training! Reviewing candidate calls with the team and identifying what we can do better.
The best sales education tool on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and extremely useful. I like having the ability to listen to my colleagues' calls and compare and contrast them to my own metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, there are a ton of extra features in there that I feel are underutilized but that's just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong made it super easy to ramp up in my new sales role by providing sales recordings from my colleagues. The information is invaluable, and the small things like "filler words" and "patience" KPIs helped me master my talk-track.
