Essential for meetings with prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! I have not had a single issue with Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than focusing on typing notes and missing things that my prospects are saying, I can rest easy knowing Gong is recording, so I can focus on the conversation
Improving conversations with gong
What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives me very useful stats after each call (talk ratio, patience etc.) that help me to improve on my conversation skills
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, not available in German but not a problem at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced my speaking time which made the conversation much more engaging and enjoyable. It also helped me to get more valuable information from my discussion partner, and eventually saves me plenty of time :-)
Never seen any other alike products as sophisticated as Gong looks!
What do you like best about the product?
I usually take best-practices and top sales lines from my colleagues and usually I don't have the time to listen to all this and transcribe myself. It makes it easier for me to just open the already transcribed conversation and just let me copy and paste these lines for my reference. Since the robot is not perfect, I love that there is a timestamp on parts of the conversation to help me listen back and realize what has really been said,
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many recognized and unrelated topics that topic list can no longer be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When coaching, it's easiest to just go back to a conversation, search a keyword and find proof of whatever has been discussed.
Gong is a must have for sales professionals and their management team!

The ability to go over sales calls and break things down. In addition, love the statistics in order to understand where to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes does not connect to calls and also want more analytics insights!

What do you like best about the product?
It changed the way how we judged calls in light of the industry's best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not like dislike, but the Gong mobile apps can better in UI and UE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not just Gong's platform, the blogs and weekly training videos are great. They help me implement the strategy/techniques and listen through to know if I've done the job the right way and any improvemets.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen back on demos and really focus on specific aspects on the demo. It 100% helps me to sell better, to focus on my prospect more and to drill down on my pitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate. There are too many teams on it. The library is wayyyyy too large and unorganized. Sometimes the pieces Gong says it is reviewing is not related to the topic what so ever. The comparisons don't make much sense at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help make us sit back and listen to our own voice, allowing ourselves to give each other feedback. Helps to point out where there are closing convos, or talk of pricing, so that way we can listen to how we communicate to make improvements.

Call snipping, controlling sharing of access, email reminders of when people open the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the machine learning part of it all isn't great. I use it more as a fancy and easy to use recording and sharing tool. The whole conversation intelligence thing doesn't impact my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved - recording, conversation tracking, system of records company wide for all sales pitches, accountability, benefit of my manager being able to review and give feedback to my calls.

Gong is essential for sales
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful for new sales reps coming out of college, as well as seasoned sales reps. It is a great tool to review your own previous calls as well. With this it is much easier to ramp new employees up, due to the fact that you can listen to seasoned sales reps phone conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is easy to get micromanaged with gong, but all in all it is an essential tool for sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no problems. I am able to listen to my colleagues calls to better improve my sales techniques.
Improving with every call!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can focus on the call itself, not worrying about taking notes the whole time. If I miss something, I go back and review the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls record for 30 minutes after the call ends with no audio. Not a real issue.
