Fantastic Enablement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to quickly listen to calls from my team that I couldn't' attend (love it on 1.5x!) and share best practices across the sales org while also providing more targeted coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be easier to add gong to calls from calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing ramp time for new sales reps and mgrs by 30-50+%

Along with Clari, one of the best sales tools I've ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
The call analytics part when reviewing a call you had. Easy to navigate the call from your value prop, objectons heard, and key words noted. Really allows you to "sharpen your blades" for enhancing your sales capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. Easy to navigate and does what is promised. I only use it for listening to calls

The ability to go back and take notes on my calls so I get 100% of the information given as well as sharpening my delivery

The only drawback I've experienced is the quality of the transcripts. Even so, they are still very useful/

We are able to track requirements and share with team members so easily.
Gong has helped me be a better mentor
What do you like best about the product?
Gong's ability to easily identify key words on calls has exponentially helped my ability to mentor new associates. The KPI insights has also helped to identify and coach sales call practices such as patience and time given for the client to tell a story.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some calls that do not record correctly so on playback I sometimes have a hard time hearing a conversation because the 2 sides talk on top of one another. Not much else to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me to keep myself and my clients accountable- I may have forgotten an expectation I set or the client shared and the ability to go back and quickly find a certain part of an old call helps me to remember important things. Additionally, listening to a call a second time will help me to better interpret client's expectations and needs.

On those days when you have multiple, back to back calls, its fantastic to be able to reference the call itself to gather details. I use this on a very regular basis. Plus, with it being automatically enabled, I dont have to remember to hit record

Nothing, its great! The addition of the SFDC integration is ideal

Everything about it is amazing especially on the analytics side of things.

Could be pretty confusing and time consuming if you want to use it to the fullest.

What do you like best about the product?
As a remote employee, you miss out on hearing colleagues have conversations with customers and prospects. With Gong, I can do a quick search and instantly listen to the best and most seasoned reps in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I did not like that all of my calls were being recorded but once you get used to it, you forget it's even there.
It may just be a company setting, but you can't delete a call. Some calls are just not worth recording and you can't delete these that I know of. But that's a very small thing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest thing is to make sure your team knows why and how you're going to use the recordings. It can easily seem like you're trying to micromanage their process. If that's what you're actually trying to do, then there may be bigger issues then a tool like Gong and solve.
Convenient way to improve
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is great... I am a big fan of audio content (i.e. podcasts), and the app makes it really easy to listen to calls. You can be multi tasking (i.e. commuting, making dinner. etc.) and listen to Gong content very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little glitchy sometimes... the audio will sometimes start/stop/skip when my phone locks. Annyoying; not a huge problem though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making me better at my job, because I can listen to different reps' messaging, etc. on calls and incorporate that myself.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best call recording software I have ever used. I have used so many types of call recording software over the past 15 years and Gong is hands down the best. It is intuitive, thorough and integrates seamlessly. Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Gong.
