Amazing product for sales call analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Gong sends breakdowns of sales calls with tips on how to improve. All calls are also stored on Gong, so you can go back and listen to your calls and coworkers' calls. This is helpful to brush up on skills and help new joiners get up to speed
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! Gong has a good product and they keep innovating their offerings

Sales call analytics and storing calls in one place. Makes it easier to keep track of good and bad calls, and get new joiners trained up when they join

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen and watch the presentation from a call. I can go back an pick up on things that were said I may have missed. I don't have to take as many notes which allows me to focus more on the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning much quicker from my own calls and calls my peers are on. I am able to gain access to the types of questions customers ask without even being on the call. This saves me time. I can listen to the call I want in the car driving to or from work.

The transcripts are also very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It auto-records and transcribes my calls. this allows me to focus on the conversion instead of splitting my attention between in-depth notes and speaking to prospects/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes a while to get used to and learn how to make the most of it, but this applies to every game-changing SaaS product

it helps me notice patterns with my customers and conversations.
Amazing product that is a must for every sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
Great for getting up to speed and reviewing colleagues calls or past calls to freshen up for next call. Allows you to actively listen to the current conversation with the prospective client versus trying to take notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sign on page- pictures look childish, not a professional feeling, not much else actually

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have a reliable resource I can go back to at any time to remind myself of a previous conversation. The transcripts and follow-up action features are magical. We also share our call with our managers and peers for feedback which has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything. If anything, perhaps more filter options on the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 3 to 5 new business calls per day. It's nearly impossible for me to remember everything discussed. Gong is a trusted resource the captures and quickly analyzes my sales conversation for future reference. I literally would be lost with out it.
Should be a required product at companies.

Less random notes better. conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the transcript was more accurate but I get why that's difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, it takes 2 minutes to be fully connected. Eliminates the need of having to write out tedious notes and focus on your conversation. Allows for collaboration across the team and reviews from management on how you can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Next to SalesForce, Gong is King. I've been dreaming of ways to listen and review calls this easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
More accuracy during transcription. Obviously this is difficult with first names and company names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling more, picking up key phrases my colleagues use, downloading transcripts.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the mobile app. It allows me to coach on my commute, from the gym, etc.
I also love the keyword search since many of the terms we use in our sale are bespoke to our industry (ie competitors).

With such a cutting edge technology there are bugs but that is to be expected. They have addressed them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling myself as a coach. I used to be a top performing rep and one of my challenges in my transition to leadership was always needing to be in the deals. Gong has allowed me to step out of the deals and into coaching as well as freeing up time for business strategy.

I love that everything is recorded and I can listen to things in fast mode. I also love sending prospects videos.

Nothing really. I find it to be easy and useful
