Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am apart of a sales team so the ability to go back and listen to calls I have made as well as my BD team is extremely valuable. We also like that the calls are transcribed, and that Gong tells us the percentage of the time each person is speaking throughout the entire call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant erase calls that didn't take place but Gong shows the call in the library as recorded. But maybe a admin rule that is adjustable

Transparency across the sales floor & teachable moments.

A great way to self asses and improve skills
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls and pinpoint areas of improvement. I can compare my calls to my colleagues and change my style to achieve better results.
I also like being able to share demos with clients after its done and especially like when gong sends an email saying that it has been viewed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a delay in getting the recordings. Also, it would be great if there are different languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the pitch on specific products based on listening to reps with the highest close rates on theses products.

What do you like best about the product?
Speakers and topics being labeled at the bottom is amazing. Also love all the other notes you can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could watch calls while they were processing somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Development all use Gong to learn about what our customers think of our demonstration calls, onboarding calls, etc... It's great.

I have no problems with this platform. I use it daily and for hours a day for all new hires

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for more than just analyzing sales calls, it's great for taking bits and pieces of your own calls as well as colleagues to create an Ultimate pitch.

I wish that the download times for calls were a bit faster, other than that I have no complaints!

Solving the challenge of handing off a proper prospect to a colleague with a smooth transition. Gong allows you to touch on important needs and wants of the client while touching base on previously discussed things.

The ability to understand what customers react to and are engaged with. The tool is invaluable for learning.

The ease of use and integration types are key. The fact that I can trust the system to record my calls without having to contact IT is the ultimate value.

Skype Integration- Need to make random calls with clients from skype and have it record

Gong gives you the ability to quickly drill down into sales calls, helping to identify high-level trends and specific areas of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, frankly their customer support team has been great and the product has been working well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large sales team, and managers can't listen into every single call that goes on each day. With Gong, we're able to analyze the calls when we have time, offer feedback and effectively coach our new sales reps. We've made a good amount of ground in terms of improving call quality and aligning methodology.

It's a great program, and they'll allow you to do a pilot prior to subscribing.
