I love that I can share my calls with my sales trainer. I'll tag him on the call then also tag him at specifics sections of the call in which I'd like feedback

We use Gong in our Sales Departments. The benefits of sharing great call and not so great calls not only help me but others.

Not that I dislike but a transcript of the call would be really helpful

Very easy to identify areas that require additional training as well as uncover talk tracks that are working and share them with the larger group.

The insights you gain will be invaluable to the development of your sales teams, the ease of use of the product and seamless integration into GTM will ensure the product is adopted.

It Really helps to make sure what is being said on calls it helps analyze calls so you can make sure that what you are saying is working. Also makes sure you pause through calls

I wish it was easier to get it to work on the phone not having to get people on audio bridges for it to work

Main thing for me is to make sure I am listening and not just talking

Sometimes Gong doesn't track all calls made.

Gong has been useful to self-correct and improve our own conversations as well as highlight best practices.

Being able to review all of my AEs calls, which helps with the handoff transparency (as well as awesome training for me)!

I can think of anything. I honestly couldn't imagine our Sales/CS org without it.

"Best Practices" are too general. Each industry is different.

Ability to listen and not have to note take.

Gong is so intuitive! I love that I can always search the library for an important call I had or for training purpose. This allows me to hear how my peers do their demos and helps me develop my skills. It also tracks where certain words were used and how often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it can transcribe the entire call for note taking purpose. But honestly I've tried other tools that do that and they usually don't get all the words right.

I think it would be efficiency and training. This helps me reference past conversations as well as develop my skills.
