Good sales tool for reviewing game tape.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can review any demo I've done and hone in on certain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the video recorded isn't always that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to go back and understand wrong paths taken during demos.

Pretty good tool for new hires and to review past recordings to sharpen your skills.

- Being able to search by word in call recordings
- The integration with Zoom video so that calls are automatically rewarded

There's nothing I dislike! Easy to use and is part of my daily work flow. It's great :)

- Been able to understand where there is room for improvement in my sales calls..for example: the % of the call where I'm talking vs. prospect talking
Fast, Effortless Call Recording
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a game-changer for audio recording. In the past, the process of reviewing call recordings was a huge hassle. Being able to search multiple calls by keyword and see a breakdown of who is speaking when have made this process much faster and smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't perfect, and sometimes it doesn't catch words perfectly. But overall it's a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a solid database of recorded calls that have great information, but surfacing that information to the team for research and review can be challenging. Gong makes it easy for us to extract insights from our sales calls and customer interviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just use it for sales calls -- it can be a great tool for other teams who need to record internal meetings for future review (especially distributed teams).

Enables us to review our calls and gain actionable insight into what works and what does not. Great software for stepping up your game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound quality is a bit shaky. Maybe it's just the line I use though.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that gong will record my webinar/ meetings and then link it to the correct salesforce account is amazing. You don't know how time saving this is. It also breaks down the call and shows how long I spoke and my most common used phrases. In customer success the goal is to teach my end users how to use the platform and I really want to key into how long my client is speaking and engaging in convo. The more they speak the better. Gong gives me the tools to analysis this and then log it into salesforce for reference from not only myself but my whole organization. They also have a fast responding support team. I initially had some hiccups with linking to the correct salesforce account but this was resolved quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much i dislike. I will say at first I had an issue with the recording linking to the correct salesforce account but this was resolved quickly and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know a lot os users use this as a sales tool, but I can't describe to you enough how great this is as a customer success tool. I can quickly look at my call metrics and i'm able to gage account health or predict account health from these metics. If i have a client that doesn't speak often then it cues me into they are either not paying attention or they are not interested in my topic. I can then write correct health notes and tailor my meetings or prepare for a save attempt or even preemptive strike.

Not only a great sales tool it can be used very effectively as a customer success tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to jump to any point in a call based on a word or phrase. Users can also share specific segments of a call with other people and add commentary or feedback. f you need to find something specific in a meeting like "pricing" you can jump right to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product - it is easy to use and extremely useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can always review my calls, peers and do reviews with managers. It is most helpful when you have a long period of time between meetings and can pull critical info in prepping for your next meeting. I
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must have tool if you are in sales or a sales manager. Not only will it help you close deals but it will also help your reps get better by reviewing their calls. It even points out filler words like "um"

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to AE calls and develop my knowledge for my own future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often takes a while to process calls. It can be frustrating to wait to listen to a call afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to see how the demos I have booked do as meetings. It also has value as a training app because I can listen to other AE calls and learn how to be successful at the next level.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy for managers to quickly hone in on the ciritical component of a sales call provide fast and relevant feedback for reps
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost isn't insignificant however I do believe it is still value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us the use of Gong was two-fold:
1. Providing more, faster and better feedback for reps
2. Creating a catalog of easily searchable calls for future sales reps to learn from.

Great Tool for Sales Calls! Effective for Coaching and Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hear the call after its over to review anything I may have missed, or using the call as a coaching opportunity with Managers
What do you dislike about the product?
The scripts on what was said is not that effective, and sometimes the call is not recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to coach and establish common use cases, so far it is a work in process
