Making the Process of Reviewing Calls Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily records calls, identifies filler words, and makes it simple to request feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how to turn off recording, but I have not had this come up yet. Also - it seems to lump some things together thinking I'm discussing a similar topic, though I may be discussing separate things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to analyze my calls better, and also, I don't have to worry as much about the notes that I'm taking because I know I can always refer back to the call. Additionally, I can access my colleagues demos if I'm looking to perfect my product demos for a new platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Gong has helped me so much, and I've been using it for less than a month. I used to forget to record my calls constantly, and had nothing to help me get feedback. Being a remote employee, Gong is SUPER helpful!!

Fundamentally nothing! Just the quality of recorded audio and video at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Searchable content of calls. It is very helpful in going back through when you can search for the information you're looking for from the discussion

Sometimes the voice recognition is innacurate

Able to be more responsive to clients and prospects as we can review calls after the fact rather than having to keep up with note taking during the call and potentially missing something

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the calls recorded. We can backtrack which is convenient. I constantly have back to back calls, and if I miss something I can always head back to get the rest of the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that is does not show the video. It would help articulate points better, and when we send it to customers it would be easy for them to keep up, and I would not have to send them my slide deck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a cutoff for deals, having the calls recorded is nice as we can go back and determine that us working the opp is justified per the cutoff of customer size directly from the customer on the recording.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helpful tools for sales, especially if you have members of your team like myself who have back to back calls constantly. If you need to go back and browse over your next steps again it makes it very simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is fantastic. There is zero lag when listening to recordings and it's really helpful to see who talked when. The alerts are really helpful and having the sections of the calls tagged are useful, although not 100% accurate. The people are also fantastic, very helpful - great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you search for recordings or filter calls is a little clunky, but they're working on it. There could be more transparency with the roadmap, but I would attribute that to them just being a fast growing company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to be able to expand the manager's ability to provide feedback on more than the direct calls they attend in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Even for someone that's been in sales as long as I have its nice to go back and here areas you missed or pain points that aren't so direct. It helps you hear bad habits and refine your skills. Don't we all wish we had the ability to go back and analyze our calls but when its too late?
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about gong. I'd suggest gong to anyone from new salespeople to the most veteran.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly useful tool to review meetings with clients, then share them with their teams. The ability to search by word or phrase is also brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absolute dumbest feature is when you send a video to a customer from within Gong, the email shares the Sales Stage of the prospect that Gong pulled from Salesforce. That's absurd.
Also, the video quality seems to have gone downhill. It used to be great, then last week I got feedback from a prospect that it was very poor, so I checked out a colleague's video and his was very poor too. Audio quality is fine though.

Good way to review meetings to prep for the next one, or if I'm taking over an account from a colleague. Also very useful to share with prospects to help their team evaluate the software I'm selling
Stay on the same page with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
Gong's software automatically records our calls - internally and externally. We rely on external call recordings to refresh our own memories after calls, review calls from others, and to share information directly from the source. While I like that this recording happens automatically, but my favorite feature is the collaborative aspect: @ mention a coworker in the recording notes and they are notified and sent to the exact timestamp you've picked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice transcription could use improvement - there are rarely transcripts that can be used as a call outline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to track and record calls for QA and sales team training improvements. It is nice to have a recording of the call, view the % of the conversation that each caller spoke, and the high-level themes that were discussed in the call - even highlighting where subjects were mentioned in the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great coaching tool for me. It's allows me to give feedback more often and much more consistently. Love 2x speed listening, isolating individual voice, listening for competitors, and how reps talk price.

I'm pleased with the product and vision of the company. Would like the ability to make comments private or just to 1 individual instead of seen by the entire team.
