What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the call brief summary helps immensly in understanding quickly what happened on calls. I have tried other softwares and Gong is KING.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time I am looking for the most recent call and it takes a lot of clicks. To search for the customer, find the call, open it up, and then find then see the summary and then finally click on the call takes so many steps. It would be nice to have a go to most recent call feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me quickly identify next steps, challenges, and positives of each customer call.

What do you like best about the product?
The gong automated summaries, and follow-up action items are super helpful and save us considerable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously sometimes some customers simply do not want to be recorded, so having a recording automatically on can be distastful but otherwise is usually very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is recording our calls for internal visibility both internal calls and external client calls. This is helpful for if I'm OOO i dont have to worry about missing meetings internally, as I can always catch up through a call recording or even relying simply on the automated notes. For external calls, having gong record creates visibility for all teams and saves time in transfering notes to multiple teams.

What do you like best about the product?
-The notetaking saves me immense time in my follow-ups to prospects / clients
-Recaps of next steps and action items - again saves me so much time!

Nothing, our entire sales team wouldn't trade Gong for the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong organizes both my calls and my team's calls in an organized, easily accessible manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of needing to find certain points in the call and having to listen to the entire call becasue acessing the particular point you may need. It Also is able to give you key metrics on what is going well on your calls and provides tips on how to approve.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been super helpful throughout my career in a variety of ways! Some more obvious than others - listening to past calls, shadowing senior coworkers, gathering summaries of calls, etc. But the other features which have made a HUGE difference are the call analytics & coaching to help me get better, Gong building out feedback or follow-up items in an actionable list, and the newer features of AI even allowing me to write better follow-up and recap emails.

The platform is super easy to use and I use it nearly every day. I'm glad that every company I've worked for has used it and hope that continues throughout my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints about Gong, the platform is continually being updated and improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me improve my conversations with customers as well as helping with follow-up & action items. It is saving me time from writing down notes and allows me to be fully present & engaged during meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I Love Gong! I am an AE and I use it to record all my calls and capture insights from my conversations with prospects and customers. It's the first time I have access to it at a company and I find it makes a huge difference! Listening to omy teammates calls helped me to ramp MUCH faster. And I am able to more accurately capture my customers sentiments and needs as well as their desired outcomes. It also helps me write very thoughtul follow-up emails. It's an indispensable tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like about it. It would be nice to be able to search across others calls and isolate text strings or issues that have been mentioned by others (to understand how others have handled). More of a 'nice to have' though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me capture my client interactions and helps me remember tehir issues. It saves me a lot of time in preparing for folow-up calls. It also helps me write great follow-up emails and capturing "Next Steps".

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls afterward, with insights that are actually insightful, and generate follow up emails that actually make sense, has changed my life as a Customer Success Manager. I'm now usually 1 day behind on follow ups instead of 5+, and am able to look back on past calls without having to decipher my notes. I'm better able to listen to my customers during calls, and I feel content that I'll have the ability to look back if needed. I would literally quit my job if they got rid of gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It's the best thing ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take 100000000 notes while I'm having customer conversations, and the insights it gives are actually insightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Just being able to listen to company calls for ramp up and continous learning is very important to me. Gong makes this the easiest. The layout, small features like jumping to the next caller in a call, and AI reviews and take aways, are all incredibly helpful. I use it almost everyday to listen to calls I was not a part of to further gain knowledge. It easily records any call I make on Zoom without me having to worry about it, then sends me a report and notification once a recording is ready to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an agregate of knowledge and learnings, that I tap into to increase my own knowledge and value.
