What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and I love the deal board.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the in-line editing is clunky. I also wish that I could use it to dial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing me to more accurately forecast and see what I need to stay on top of.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for keywords across all previous conversations with a client. Call summaries / deliverable summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. Sometimes customers don't like when the conferencing link says "Gong" instead of Zoom or Meet. Folks tend not to like change. But using Gong's conferencing link isn't required. You can simply use Zoom or Google Meet and still get the recording, which is a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me not to fret over maintaining flawless note-taking. I take the best notes I can, but sometimes one simply needs to have a conversation and not be constantly clacking away. Gong allows me to have a natural conversation, and then review the call at a later date to confirm what a customer said about this or that feature.

gong helps analyze the conversations to generate a call summary and remember how a conversation went to make a follow up/next steps

Recordings are so useful for coaching and learning
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really intuitive for our sales team to use and having their calls recorded means we can do further coaching and development across the sales organisation. We can also use the key words to see trends and know what sort of questions are customers are asking about specific products. Our teams use it every day!

What do you dislike about the product?
When initially setting up the trackers it is a learning process to make sure to get the most accurate results. As we work on setting up more trackers we are learning the process more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing call notes quickly and identifying the customers point points easily through AI summarize feature saves our reps a lot of time
Gong is THE tool I need to know my customers
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has features I never knew I needed and now I can't live without. It's so intuitive and automated in the best ways. I have yet to find a clunky feature, and I use it every day to sell, learn, and collaborate internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it can be slow to load. The app isn't quite as easy to navigate as the website, so it would be great to enhance that given I've started listening to calls on walks, in the car, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't feel the need to take notes on calls... I can actively listen. I have a sense of assurance knowing I can easily tag in others to help with specific questions/asks... it makes it so easy to communicate context, map next steps, and send follow ups via AI. Search feature is incredible especially combined with the slack integration

What do you like best about the product?
Gong enables me to focus on the meeting itself, secure in the knowledge that it's taking notes and will present them back to me later (or I can go look them up on the Gong site). It's super easy to copy/past the Gong notes into my own meeting notes. It has made my job so much easier and made me a lot more productive in those meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to pause Gong during a meeting (sometimes we chit-chat before or after a meeting and don't want that recorded... or the customer might share something that they want to be "off the record").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong takes meeting notes for me and that enables me to focus on the meeting itself. It's like having an automatic admin attend the meeting with me. Gong also summarizes the meeting automatically - VERY COOL!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super easy to use and it gives you a summary of what you committed to doing after your call. It also gives you the ability to search key words and make sure that you are asking the right questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Gong. I have heard that the cost is on the high side, but I am not part of that side of the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me to improve my discovery calls and my product demos. I can go back and see how customers are responding to specific questions and the AI gives you suggestions on how to improve ALL calls.
Efficient, optimized, and easy to use. Update- With more learning it's getting better
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, with it's ability to create transcripts. With the transcript I am able to search for the specific things said on the call, and even on the organisation level. With this I am not only able to deliver the feedback, also I am able to check what they are missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesn't always record the company name. Also I have found high latency in adding and editing filters when searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in finding the calls taken, with transcript feature to find specific conversation. Also summary feature to understant what the gist was.
