What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong helps with call recording and auditing, providing agent-level information and accurate call outcomes. Gong AI is reliable, offering deeper insights into the calls, and it helps in transcription and analyzing every word clearly, providing a summary which is really helpful. The initial setup of Gong was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish calls could be available on Gong as soon as the seller closes the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong for call recording and auditing, providing agent-level information, accurate call outcomes, and controlling customer dissatisfaction. The AI analyzes every word, offering reliable transcriptions and summaries.

What do you like best about the product?
You do not have to remember to add Gong to calls. It automatically joins, records and provides a wonderful summary and recap emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to look for older calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me capture the key points and key follow up items of my customer calls, and helps me provide a recap to them very quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
I can record all my meetings with customers and share them with my team, streamlining knowledge sharing. AI-powered recap is useful to share the main insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to switch in the Home dashboard among upcoming calls and the calls already had. They are currently visible in a drawer, but I would like to have them on the dashboard by default
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record all my meetings with customers and share them with my team. It's good for sharing the call, rewatch to understand better interesting or not clear elements, save time by using AI-generated insights

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is crucial to getting up to speed and onboarding as quickly as possible. Probably would have taken an extra 2-3 months to upskill without it.
Post meeting notes are super helpful - save hours each week on admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides tbh - big fan of the kit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me upskill myself by watching other AEs call and deal cycles.

Helps me manage my deals through conversation analytics and AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of active opportunities, and gleen insights from conversations that you might be too close to catch. It's like having an extra set of eyes and ears, except these eyes and ears are attached to a super computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I came from a Chorus world but Gong was easy to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to stay present in the moment of a conversation, which allows me to build stronger rapport and move faster

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup, use, makes sharing the experience and information of a meeting simple.

Really important for transferring first-hand info with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy with auto-joining meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of noting key information and action items in many meetings per day.

Problem of communicating valuable information with the rest of my team to make collaboration easier.

Recording video calls and having a simple way to explore and find key information in them (i.e. transcript search) is also huge.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the forecast tool, email generator and call insights. This has helped me stopped taking down 100 notes about each call and forgetting a lot of useful information while sending an email. Productivity has increased and doesn't really take too much time to ramp and get used to the features. It has definitely made my life easier! Implementation and integration has been very easy as well. I use it everyday to keep a check on my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything has been great till now and the tool has improved significantly since using it back in my former company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving productivity, better emails generated and spending lesser time drafting or forgetting what I had to add. Coaching has been helpful and easier as well. Forecasting tool has helped me save a lot of time on my deals due to the integrations and alerts keep me informed well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love film review but even more I like being able to tag my manager, VP, Slaes enablement or even other reps to ask for advice on an area I am looking to improve.

I even go on other reps calls that are more seniored and ask why they did something a certian way.

It has been very user friendly and has helped me learn where I can improve in stats and understanding how I sell compared to others.

I use it more than once a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to add here. I reccomend this for all my orgnizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me narrow down my talk time and filler words.

It also is amazing for asking for coaching in areas of weakness

What do you like best about the product?
In a world of AI Tools promising the moon, Gong harnesses the power of call transcripts and analysis and supercharges them in a way I have not seen to date. Coupled with its easy and powerful search functions, its helpful summarization abilities in order to analyze call successes and failures makes training your team on best practices and conducting review sessions a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the summary elements still require polishing

Allows me and my team to flag best and worst case scenarios, highlight and celebrate wins and provide, clear accessbile and constructive criticism where there is room for improvement.
