Gong is easily accessible. It contains examples of the proper way to handle various situations. It also serves as a great refresher and can be used frequently.

I think it would be a great feature to include notifications when new material has been included.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI Agents. It became my go to resource each time I need to analyze any business context, from summaries to analytics, reviews or insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
To add an AI agent to ask anything across the entire customer database or based on filters, stream etc, not limited per number of calls or conversations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a detailed, searchable archive of all interactions enables more personalized and consistent communication with customers.We can easily review past interactions, facilitating better teamwork and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
We also use detailed call records and transcriptions which provide us a wealth of information that can be used to create compelling case studies. This includes specific examples, customer quotes, and evidence of successful tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the perfect tool to keep record of meetings and have an amazing way to also asses your team with insightful metrics! The insight section is really amazing, Also the integration with HUbspot and how easy is to implement in the team
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it's unsync from your account and you lose the gong recording.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does GONG have the crucial integrations we need to operate and save time, it automatically records and transcribes our calls/meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all. It's very easy to use and does what we need.

Call recording, talk times, etc. really helps the sales team do better at their jobs and get more insights

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been instrumental in my role as a CSM, offering invaluable insights into customer interactions that have enabled me to deliver more personalized and proactive support, resulting in higher satisfaction and retention rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to think of a downside, it's such a massive tool. I rarely have enough time to explore all of the data provided for my call history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly how I can improve my call struture, while also allowing for an easy way to follow up via email and provide call summaries.

I've been a Gong user since 2017 and have used it at 3 different organizations. Their revenue platform has allowed me to be a better seller and sales leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modules are expensive and depending on how Gong handles data, there might be concerns about data privacy and security, especially with sensitive customer interactions and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong facilitates better collaboration by making call recordings and insights accessible to the entire team. This ensures everyone is on the same page and can work together more effectively to close deals.
