I really like all the features. there is nothing that i dislike.

Gong helps by analyzing sales conversations to provide insights on what's working and what's not. This benefits you by improving sales strategies, enhancing team performance, and increasing revenue through data-driven decisions.

Gong is most helpful in auditing calls as per my role.
As I am the Quality Analyst in my organisation it gives me the insights so that we can look into the aspects that are causing customer dissatisfaction.
Gong is also used to pick the WOW calls.

While Gong is helpful in many ways it also have some drawbacks like :
1. Takes long time for loading
2. Little slow in terms of usage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per my role Gong helps me in analyzing the sellers calls on how is their talk ratio and patience.

The captions are accurate and date we get is useful

None so far everything is good no issues at all

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly useful tool and doesn't require any training to use well. It continues to improve over time in significant ways. It is a gamechanger for managing calls and working with customers - it saves me lots of time and doesn't cause me any frustration. It just works. I continue to lean more and more on the Gong notes rather than my own manual notes. This lets me focus completely on being present with a customer rather then thinking about what notes I need to be taking to aid recall later.

I can't think of anything. I like this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me provide fanatical support to customers by aiding conversation recall with AI-generated notes and action items. Saves me lots of time in call reviews by allowing fast navigation to particular topics of discussion.

I like that I watch previous customer calls at 2X speed (helpful for catching things I may have missed).
I also really like that they're incorporated AI that provides a call summary, including the action items.
Gong is overall very easy to use and helpful for recording and remembering important customer calls!

Sometimes the call summary is off (AI misunderstands what people say), but as speech-to-text and LLMs improve, I imagine these call summaries will get smarter.

Recording customer calls. Helping review customer frustrations and improving my pitch.
Loving the Gong notetaker!

I absolutly love the Gong note taker it has saved me so much time in trying to create follow ups with my clients.

It can sometimes be a little off putting when the recorder joins the meeting, some clients dont seem to like the idea of being recorded

Wish there was a better integration with SalesForce, specifically logging meetings as Activities rather than Tasks.

While Gong offers many valuable features, there are a few downsides as a Customer Success Manager. The platform can sometimes be overwhelming with the sheer amount of data and insights it provides, making it challenging to prioritize actionable items...(it's a good problem to have I guess...)
There may also be occasional issues with call transcription accuracy, which can lead to misunderstandings or missed details.
I gave a 10 because despite these small challenges, Gong's overall benefits often outweigh the downsides.

As stated previously, it provides indepth insights into customer interactions, eliminating the "guesswork" from understanding customer sentiment and needs.

Great program to review your own calls and read transcripts
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Gong but the transcripts are especially great. Easy to use and I use it every single work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I've seen. I can't think of anything to make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how converstaions went without going back and listening to the entire call - the overview it sends via email is amazing and the "next steps" portion makes it very easy to understand what to expect for the future of whatever opportunity is being worked. Using the call transcript for note purposes is amazing as well.

Provides a detailes summary of my calls and breaks down call content into smaller chunks with a distinct title.
