Easy to Use Platform! Helps Reviewing Sales Calls - Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is absolutely necessary to review sales conversations. I particularly like the new AI feature which helps me find the right snippets more easily. Additionally, the transcript is very helpful and accurate. The fact that Gong integrates with Hubspot is also a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform currently focuses mainly on English conversations. However, I would appreciate even better language options, such as German calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a useful tool for improving my sales conversations. It allows me to review older conversations and double-check any difficulties that may have occurred during the call. It's also easy to share recordings internally for further analysis. Additionally, it's a great tool for my manager to review my calls and provide feedback.
Great product, its a game changer when taking and reviewing notes for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI experience is great. Makes such a difference and captures all the relevant sections of the meeting. The specch recogntion is one of the most accurate I have seen and its great for follow up reminders. Its easy to send copies of the meetigns internally and to customers. All round #1 product in this space in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually don't see any downsides. Occasionally the AI specch is incorrect but its very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time makin gand actioning meeting notes. Recording of training for customers. Reveiwing meeting information and sharing with colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to write remarks when listeing and reading to calls for reps. It gives a nice structure for coaching

Sometime not the correct language when listening and reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching with a structure.

A brilliant revenue intelligence platform
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use and easy to implement. It's a system that is genuinely helping sales reps. Our AEs use it to improve their meeting game. It can also create great meeting summary emails. They are using Gong if not every day then most days. For managers it gives you transparency to your deal pipeline and individual AEs' strengths and development areas. On top of that Gong creates great content for salespeople.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Be mindful that while with help of Gong it will be easier for your AEs to create a meeting summary to your CRM, they actually might use that as an excuse for not doing it. Hence, follow up.
- Nordic languages are at an ok-level not allowing you to fully use all functionalities.

Great time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to share calls with team members who need the info but just weren't able to make the call or who I didn't know would need the info going in to the call. Makes my life so much easier! Same with the AI summary tools and email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to find the right call that I am looking for from my partners if they don't share the link with me.

Able to share info straight from my customers mouth instead fof playing the telephone game over and over again.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to listen to calls that you may be struggling with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see feed back, on what could have been better. There need to bad calls on there to, to know what not to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To hear different call seniros and I can know how to handle them accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for not only personal growth, but a way to help your team out as well. The AI features are super helpful on the sales development side when pairing with AE's.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to analyze sometimes but it may be the length of the videos.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to search all of my old calls and share specific customer feedback with my team to help us build better product. I use it daily and it allows me to focus more on conversations and less on note-taking
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike, but I'd love to see Gong make it even easier to parse and find customer feedback. Currently, I still need to remember which calls have the feedback I'm looking for. If Gong could provide those insights, or quickly filter those calls, that would be even more efficient.

Gong makes it easy to collect and share customer feedback during implementation and on-going customer success. It helps us tie our post-sales work to the sales process since we can always reference the painpoints, what we sold customers on, etc during implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The Stats and the interesting facts of a particular conversation gives an insight as to how the conversation is tunring out to be.
Lot of turning involved here which makes it easy for you to take your further consultations better. The more frequencty you hear these calls will make it easy for you to provide customer support better. The level of customer centricity also improves with the usage of Gong on a frequent basis. Features are also brilliant. The way you integarte these calls with other medium will make it even more better a product. Easy to use and implement on all calls.

Real time calls can be a feature that can be worked on. Apart from that, everything seems wonderful

Transcript and key pointers are a big help in analysing and performing RCA.
Great Sales governance tool
What do you like best about the product?
The transcription of the recordings multilanguage are excellent. I always can go back and review if something was missing. Easy to get the recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summary sometimes says a bunch of nonsense. Never use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The coaching piece tied up into one platform instead of using multiple places is great. At the same time we have centralized sales info in one place for different uses.
