Easy to Use, Great for Call Playback, Follow-Ups, and Account Research
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and I love how I can find everything I need with respect to any of my accounts on Gong. I love that I can go back and listen to my calls and generate follow-ups easily without the fear of forgetting meeting notes. I use it everyday for either account related research, account history and for my forecast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Summary sometimes confuses timelines which is not very helpful when Im trying to understand customer sentiment throughout.

Effortless Meeting Management with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to record my meetings with customers, and it saves me a lot of time and energy. I like the automatic note-taking and summarizing features. The initial setup was very easy.

It sometimes doesn't understand when I have rescheduled a Teams meeting with a customer

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for sales purposes to generate pipeline. I find it incredibly helpful that it creates a summary of the calls and registers them. I particularly like the summaries and the next step suggestions, which are essential for creating reports on the calls and scheduling follow-ups with clients. The AI drafts allow me to copy the information without having to write it manually, enabling me to be more present in the call without taking notes. With 5-6 calls per day, preparing summaries myself would take hours, so Gong significantly streamlines this process for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a summary of the calls I did during the week to schedule any immediate follow ups. I think having the program reminding you to schedule a call to follow up or sending you an invite in the calendar if the client already agrees to it would be useful. We were not onboarded immediately, but I think our team is not always considered sales so they forget to put it in our configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to create summaries of calls, which save me hours and let me focus on being present during discussions. It also registers calls and suggests next steps, streamlining my report creation and follow-up scheduling.

I use Gong as a CS ops leader to assess my team's performance and record customer calls. I like the ability to report on call times, frequency of calls, and see call duration. It allows me to determine future headcount and present team performance. The initial setup of Gong was easy.

I would like to see better renewal forecasting, but that is a nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for recording my onboarding calls, and I really appreciate how it shares the call video and transcript with clients. It helps me write detailed follow-up emails based on the transcript and answers my questions related to the call after. I like its reliability and how detailed it is, especially the recordings feature. It works every time, connects to Zoom, is available to share with clients, and I know when they accessed the link. Plus, the initial setup of Gong was super easy.

It should be visible when I shared the call with clients so I don't do it twice.

Highly Efficient, User-Friendly with Minor Setup Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I find the summary feature of Gong very useful for the implementation team. We use it extensively to send out invoices and create recruitment documents. The setup was pretty simple thanks to its user-friendly interface. Additionally, Gong is linked to Slack and Rocketlane, allowing us to easily get call summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
We usually have a lot of Huddl codes. So even if you invite, it will take around five to ten minutes for Gong to join. If you can improve that time where the recorder joins the call for ad hoc codes, it would be awesome if we can fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to understand requirements and discussions. It's great for managing the onboarding process and provides useful summaries for the implementation team. We extensively use it for sending invoices and creating documents.

I use Gong to generate a follow up email of all the main points I covered and the next steps. I share the link to the recording.

Nothing. Gong has made my job so enjoyable that I look forward to following up with my customers after my training call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Trainer, I need to prepare for my meetings. I use the Upcoming Meetings feature, and then I use the Prepare for meetings feature which collects all the data from emails and phone calls and updates me on the latest conversation or action item. This has replaced reaching out to my team for updates. I trust Gong has all the latest information.
Incredible AI Summaries and Follow-Up Emails That Keep Me on Track
What do you like best about the product?
The AI driven summary and follow-up email. The summary does an incredible job highlighting the key points, and keeps me refreshed on the data quantities we are working with.
It's incredibly easy to use and provides a daily report of my upcoming calls. I go back and reference the summaries numerous times throughout the deal cycle.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honesty have no complaints. Gong functions well and provides all of the information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized and accurate in my deals. Sometimes I can't remember the quantities, job titles, or application names and Gong helps keep me accurate. My manager also provides feedback on call performance and leaves suggestions for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong because it has a good UI that's simple to navigate. The AI is effective for most tasks and saves me a lot of time. The call recording and transcripts are very high quality, which makes the platform reliable.

The AI sometimes doesn’t always pull the most relevant or recent context when you ask a question.

Effortless Note-taking and Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to make notes or worry about forgetting anything during calls, which really helps me because I'm dyslexic. It makes filling out Salesforce more easily by allowing me to just say, do my MEDDPIC, and it'll do it. The setup was pretty simple, and there was lots of help on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle when trying to search a contact in the search feature. It just doesn't work for me very well sometimes, and it gets frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take notes during calls, so I can focus and not miss anything. I use Gong's AI to fill in Salesforce and assist with follow-up calls, improving my performance by reviewing calls and giving progress tips.
