Best option for call reviewing/deal tracking out there
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it super easy for me to keep on top of deals that my team is working on. As we use it daily, we're able to get a great view at all times of what's on the go, and what needs to be followed up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong's AI does well, but it does struggle with accents sometimes, and it'd be great if the AI then suggested Salesforce tasks based on what it emails you saying it picked up for follow-up as that would cut 1 step out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy for me to build scorecards to track how reps are adapting to changes, and it makes it great for keeping tabs on deals ongoing.
We also use it to go back and find parts of conversations using it's conversation intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong works in the background and the AI does a fantastic job capturing the meeting recording and summarising the session.
It saves me 5-15min per meeting with the helpful email follow-up feature. What I also find really helpful is the ability to listen to recordings of my colleagues to improve my engagements.

I've been using the tool for more than a year now and don't have any negative feedback.

Gong's transcripts and overview of calls allows me to be efficient with my time and be strategic when following up with clients to ensure best in class service.

I get the most value out Gong call reviews and use it less for email review.

Allows our business to identify areas of growth, strategic partnership opportunities, and note taking.
The best tool for onboarding/follow ups/learning
What do you like best about the product?
Love the different functionalities that are a huge time saver!! Summary/next steps/big sections of the call. It is amazing to ramp up and learn from each other and make sure we have all customer context. Huge tool for all new team members, onboarding is much easier thanks to gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up emails are a bit too long and stiff, would love to have maybe 2/3 options depending on the tone needed. The AI could definitely be improved with better answers, more details, giving us a chance to interact more with it to orient the answers and so on.

Note taking/ next steps / customer context and history/ new team member onboarding
The Best tool for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to record your calls and easily search for key parts of the conversation. The AI works brilliantly to answer questions about the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing whatsoever. Gong is perfect. Maybe it takes a little long to actually provide the call analysis but its a small price to pay for the end result.

Helping me identifying key components of winning conversations. Saving me time writing email notes. Helping me pick up on previously missed information. Writing killer follow up emails on my behalf.

Being able to share snippets both internally and with clients. The AI summary feature is wonderful as well.

Takes a bit for the calls to be analyzed but worth the wait!

Ease of use the recordings, I send snippets to all my teams instead of writing up long explanations. I use it every day and its super ease to integrate with your outlook and calls.

The time it takes to review the calls, sometimes I don't have that time. But the AI is getting smarter!

There are many instances wherein the recording option stops working
Many times clients complain of being unable to login with gong invites
There is no privacy in terms of who can access what- such as visibility settings

I am able to review calls, get AI summaries, share recordings with my leadership for feedback, and not bother about taking notes while I'm on the call. I get to focus on the call instead of taking manic notes.
