What do you like best about the product?
It has been very helpful in terms of keeping yourself upto date on tasks and to dos. It's AI is very helpful in creating follow ups and summarizing events that took place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attachments tend to be slow in being attached and it does not allow to put excel sheets on the email body.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving scheduling problems and keeping tasks accomplished on a timely manner.

Gong saves me and my Customer Success team time every day

What do you like best about the product?
I lead the Customer Success team and we use Gong to record all our client meetings. Merely having a video record is wonderful, but we get a ton of value from the transcription, tagging, pattern recognition and the AI features. We no longer spend more than 5 minutes prepping the follow up email to customers after a meeting, Gong autogenerates the message which requires a very small amount of tweaking.
It's also been a great coaching tool because as a leader, I can't be in every meeting. This helps me review client and CSM interactions, and provide suggestions for future. Also just having a picture of the client-facing activities each CSM has weekly is a huge help in understanding capacity and team utilization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could plug the data into more of our other tools - like our customer success platform, Custify. I would really like to develop metrics and health scores around client meetings and other data that gong pulls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling our business to be able to serve our customers, retain and grow them

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps maintain an accurate track record of important items discussed and improves individual sales performance through coaching metrics. Gong is there on every call, every day and is real easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Ask me anytinhg" feature is great, but it sometimes misses information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving my problem of maintaining next steps - Gong catches everything and provides an easy to digest list of next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto-recording of all my demos and calls is helpful so I can refer back as necessary. It also cuts down on redundant meetings and calls with prospects, because I can just send them the recordings of our previous meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software glitches and doesn't record my meetings. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it can be frustrating if it's something I wanted to be able to look back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redundant meetings since I'm able to look back on previous conversations and send recordings to customers of our former conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time having a clear list of next steps. It helps me focus more in the conversation instead of just taking notes to make sure I don't miss something. As a result I have more engaging and productive calls with my customers.

There's nothing that comes to mind. I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Can view all the details about the call on one page, the notes, the next steps, the video and transcript and can also see how long each person spoke and when screen sharing started/ended
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of right now , going pretty well for now

Good to see all calls recorded in one place for training, and for going back to view calls to assess

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of companies deploy Salesforce for operational purposes and/or management reviews and 1:1s. But Gong makes us of the data in a way that is userfriendly and intuitive for sales. Also automating some aspects of data entry and checks. Ultimately so the sales rep can be more present and focused on how to win, vs. Salesforce hygene. Ultimately hopeful leading to more accurate forcasting and cross-resource deal support. I use it daily, and advocate for using this as the main Sales interface over SFDCs LWC UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints honestly. just keep the foot to the gas and keep innovating bulishly. there is a lot opportunity to expand what Gong is doing and Im excited to see where they take things beyond the core sales capabilities they already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps you keep ontop of what i call "deal killers" in a way that would othewise be manual. it helps 1:1 meetings be more on relivant and in context, vs. repetitive or "this quarters inititve is all about..."
