An Instrumental Sales Tool for Us
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to attribute a number of closed deals to Navattic. We love that it works!
What do you dislike about the product?
The team wishes we could export full videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic really helps us demonstrate value to prospects faster. We can explain our software until the cows come home, but showing them – and engaging them – with Navattic is far more convincing. Scheduling live demos can get tricky, and buyers want flexibility. Navattic lets people explore our offering at their convenience; it meets buyers where they are.
Copilot Prompts Are a Fantastic Addition
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to start prompts via Copilot is a fantastic addition to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing necessarily comes to mind. It would be great to be able to drag steps from different demos into one demo. This may be available but if so I have not found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has been an excellent partner in helping us showcase the value of our OPUS platform. The interactive demo experience allows our prospects to explore key functionality at their own pace, and share with colleagues who may be part of the procurement team. It's helped us create a more engaging and scalable way to tell the OPUS story, and has become a valuable tool in both our marketing, member enablement, and sales enablement efforts.
Versatile Demos and a Promising Tool for BDR Training
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic can be used for so much more than sending demo's to prospects. I am looking forward to utilizing Navattic to train my BDR team on not only our products but also our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am fairly new to Navattic and have not yet run into any roadblocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is a great way for our BDRs to keep prospects warm during RFP processes, while the AE/SE are prepping demo's and for us to stay top of mind. Every prospect just wants to see a demo, this is a great way to keep them engaged.
Easy-to-Build Demos with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an excellent tool for teaching reps product knowledge at the level they need, and for running customer Vision, Micro, and Discovery demos. It’s very easy to build a demo, and the customer support is truly outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there really aren’t any downsides. That said, since I also use the platform for other use cases—like training reps on the product—it would be helpful to have an option to download the screenshots and talk track together in a PDF format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps me ramp reps faster. With interactive demos, we can shorten the sales cycle and improve win rates. It also creates an easy way for our customers to see how the product works at a high level, without needing a full walkthrough.
A product marketer's interactive demo saviour
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating an interactive product demo, and the ability to make edits to captures to cater the demo experience to the audience are standout features. We were able to get Navattic up and running in a matter of hours and have had no issues since.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only gap in functionality that we've come across so far is the ability to turn our interactive product demos into downloadable video files for use on other channels as .gifs or short-form snippets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to provide potential users with a variety of ways to engage with the product pre-sign up. The Navattic interactive product demo sits along our live bi-weekly webinar and our sales-led demo to give prospects a better understanding of what our product does and the value it offers, so they feel more comfortable about signing up.
Navattic Makes Interactive Demos Easy—Backed by a Highly Supportive Team
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Navattic is how easy it is to take an existing web asset, capture it, and then tailor it to different needs and industry-specific language. For example, we can take a demonstration originally built for the Telecommunications industry, capture the click path, and then update the screen elements throughout so it reflects a Financial Services demonstration instead.
I also can’t say enough about how supportive their account teams are. Their online chat team is extremely responsive, and their Customer Success team consistently shares new features and best practices that help our teams get more out of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s much more to love than to dislike about the Navattic platform. The one area I’d most like to see improved is the capture feature—specifically, better automation for screen re-captures after a new platform release. As it works today, when our captured UIs change, we have to open each flow, re-capture the affected screens, and then publish the flow again.

Early-stage funnel education that helps create more impactful first impressions.
Helps prospects experience the product much earlier
What do you like best about the product?
I was honestly surprised by how easy it is to create demos. There isn’t much of a learning curve, and Copilot helps you spin new demos up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first demo takes a little experimentation while you figure out how you want to structure the experience, but that's more of a "me" issue in terms of organizing the demos we need and how we should think through their development. The platform itself is pretty intuitive once you get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been in SaaS for over a decade, and product demos usually happen pretty late in the buying process. What I like about Navattic is that it makes it easy to let our prospects interact with the product much earlier. On our website, in outbound emails, or before a sales call. I was honestly also very surprised by how easy it was to create demos. There isn’t much of a learning curve, and Copilot helps you spin new demos up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Whilst a beginner, learning the ins and outs of the platform is straightforward not just due to the great support but the UI is polished and simple to follow.
Once you're comfortable with the platform creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy.
The UI is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve.
The Navattic tours make it very easy to showcase the platform, and the magic editor makes updating them super easy since when small changes are made to our platform' we can simply include the new element or amend text to reflect the update without having to recapture everything. The ability to make a change to a single page element and have the amendment be reflected across the entire tour in one go really shortens the time it takes to update tours.
The support I've received is always stellar - there's always someone on hand ready to respond quickly with answers. The documentation is thorough and frequently updated.

The Analytics section has a lot of room for improvement. The visualizations in-platform are limited to a bare bones line chart for the overall comparison metrics (engaged users, CTR, unique visitors etc) and they cannot be exported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has given our web visitors no barrier-to-entry exposure to our platform.
This has assisted in the conversion of visitors to prospects.
As a bonus, other stakeholders that we work with that wish to have a better understanding of our platform can utilize our tours too.
Thirdly, we can quickly showcase features of the platform that will fulfill our prospect's use cases.
And lastly, we accompany our feature release announcements with a tour to transparently underline the value of new features.
This has assisted in the conversion of visitors to prospects.

Incredibly User-Friendly—Easy Click-Throughs for Training and Web
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is incredibly user friendly - I was able to pick it up and start using it on day one with little to no support. Our teams now have click throughs on our website and they're used for training purposes. Super easy to maintain and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a great product! I would take it as a recommendation to any place that I'm employed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is being used for demand gen, website support, sales enablement, partner support. We are using it across multiple capabilities and it really brings them to life for our team. Instead of having to worry about having a live demo readily available, these navattic demos are safe, accessible and easy to use by anyone on our GTM teams.
Time saving tool to create engaging product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Creating slick product demonstrations that are intuitive and engaging
What do you dislike about the product?
If your product is very detailed with many fields, columns, etc., it can be finicky to get things to appear properly. However, it is doable, and their team is very helpful and supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us generate more engaging demonstrations and gives a more real-life feel for showcasing our product. It helps us as a company better demonstrate the intuitive value of our own tools by showing how easy they are to use. It’s also much faster to create demos with Navattic than with traditional video recording and editing.
