What do you like best about the product?
We’ve used this tool to quickly build both internal and external product demos, along with usage guidance, in a format that feels more interactive, engaging, and individually curated than a video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest remaining friction point for teams looking to leverage Navattic is deciding exactly what to build. Strengthening the intelligent guidance around this part of the process—what to include, how to structure it, and how to scope product demos and walkthroughs—feels like the largest opportunity for improvement.

Easy Capture and Intuitive Click-to-Edit Experience

What do you like best about the product?
I was thrilled with how easy capture was, and how intuitive the edit controls were. Any time I struggled to find something, I later realized it was because I am old and think in terms of menus and buttons. Want to edit something in Navattic? Click it and see what happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must admit: we look like everyone else. I'd suggest a wizard approach to guide users to select colors and such that are consistent with their corporate look. That said, demos are meant to be neutral glosses over an experience: not the main character.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent demo quality. Content control. Secure publishing.

A critical piece of product marketing’s toolkit

What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketer and the primary demo builder for the marketing team (our sales team also uses it for 1:1 demos with prospects), Navattic has been a game-changer. It’s really helped us bridge the critical gap between telling customers about our features and showing them.

It's super easy to use: we had a fully branded demo template, custom domain, and our first gated product demo published and posted on our website within days of digging in. It’s only been about 9 months since launch, but this demo has become the single most influential marketing asset on our website for lead generation.

Beyond just lead gen, it’s also become a cornerstone of our launch kits. We now use release-specific demos to help customers actually see new features the moment they’re launched. And support is top-tier; our CSM has been a true partner in getting our demo builders and sales team up to speed and ensuring we’re maximizing the value out of the tool. I can’t imagine not having it as a SaaS product marketer anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to think of anything to say here. The very few times we’ve run into an issue or flagged a gap for our use cases, the Navattic team has been incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, which doesn’t happen often with software vendors. It’s been nothing but a positive experience this past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is solving our product marketing team’s challenge of creating scalable, interactive product experiences without needing the engineering overhead for live demo environments. It benefits us in a few key ways: driving high-intent leads via our gated website tour; enabling our sales and customer success teams with assets for 1:1 conversations; and strengthening our product launches by giving customers a hands-on way to see new features immediately. It has turned our product into our most effective tool for both acquisition and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use once you're onboarded!

Navattic's team makes it especially pleasant to use the product and get value immediately; they are responsive, collaborative and prompt!

I also love all the AI powered features; makes creating a demo much easier.

Can look a little overwhelming at first with all the features and options.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to get started with making guided tours. Navattic is very user friendly both for someone creating tours and for the customers that view them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with more analytics/data behind the tours. Folders can also get messy to manage when there are multiple people working in the same place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps me introduce new features to customers, and enables me to build demos that provide customers with an interactive click-through environment that looks just like our platform for customers and prospects to explore!

Best Tool for Previewing Product Features Before Launch

What do you like best about the product?
It's so great and easy for running customers through what a product or feature actually feels like without them having access yet to the feature. We also have an amazing CSM who is always available to answer any questions we might have. I use it for all my major releases and customers seem to love it as we see high engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, it's one of the best tools I've ever used!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me walk customers through how to naviagate new features or products especially where there is no human touchpoint

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a game-changer for us. It makes it incredibly easy to create interactive demo walkthroughs of our platform that customers can explore on their own time. The experience is super intuitive and polished, so prospects can quickly understand our value without needing a live call. It’s been especially useful for showcasing key workflows in a way that feels hands-on and effortless, and it’s helped us generate a ton of high-quality leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t any major downsides. Like any tool, there’s a small learning curve when you’re first getting started, but once you’re up and running it’s smooth and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the challenge of showing our product in a way that’s engaging, scalable, and easy for prospects to understand without requiring a live demo every time. Instead of static screenshots or long explanations, we can give customers an interactive walkthrough that clearly highlights our platform’s value. This has made it easier for prospects to self-educate, shortened our sales cycle, and significantly increased inbound interest and lead generation. It’s helped us meet customers where they are while saving our team time.

Fast tracked imagination through quick clicks (efficient & succinct).

The main drawback is the amount of manual work required to keep demos current, and some features feel gated behind higher pricing tiers.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Navattic is that it's accessible via browser, no need to install and run a separate app, and as such, it integrates well for capturing screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive product in some cases. Every now and then it will do something unexpected and figuring out how to undo it, if possible, can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a better and more compact way to present our product at a high level to new prospects, attracting and keeping their attention without taking up too much of their time.
