A Great Post-Demo Takeaway That Speeds Up Client Decisions
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, its a nice parting gift post demo for clients. It also shortens their learning curve prior to additional demos, which helps them get to a decision faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not easy to jump back to the first slide. Restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer understanding and indecision.
Effortless, Feature-Rich Demo Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Navattic is best in class at quickly getting product demos ready for commercial use. I appreciate the ease of use and tool features, which include generating AI content in brand tone. The magic Editors feature is also great for anonymizing data. I value the interactive demo and the suite of tools that support it. It's really helpful that I can easily get analytics on the performance of product demos, as well as monitor visitors and accounts engaging with it to retarget and integrate data with my CRM. It's the best tool on the market for these purposes. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor color changes on some screenshots of the product, but we can custom change the color with the image editor so there is a solution within the product for that already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic enhances credibility with prospective buyers by providing visibility into my cybersecurity product. It quickly readies product demos, customizes for audiences, generates AI content in brand tone, and integrates with CRM to retarget. Interactive demos and performance analytics make it the best tool for demos.
Easy-to-Build Interactive Demos Prospects Love
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and guides me through every step of the demo-building process. My prospects love the interactive demos, and I use it very often. Whenever I need help, support is always readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but if there was a way to automate the demo sending process via email that would be great! Less clicks and filling out info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting my prospects have an insight into the platform before they have any discussions with AE's provides them the necessary context and insight.

There is literally no learning curve in setting it up. Very intuitive and very powerful. With Navattic - You can craft delighting user experience for your prospects.

I would like Navattic to also support in-product guides and walkthroughs. Not sure if they have it already.

The easiest way to create high-impact interactive product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to turn a real product into a polished, self-guided demo experience without needing engineering or design resources. I love how quickly we can capture flows, add annotations, and publish interactive demos that actually feel like the live product. It has helped us scale product storytelling across marketing, sales, and onboarding in a way that static screenshots or videos never could. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and designed for revenue teams (not just product teams) which makes adoption across departments very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but as with any demo automation tool, maintaining demos as the product UI changes requires ongoing upkeep. Some more advanced customization options (styling, conditional logic, deeper branching) could be expanded to allow even more complex experiences. Analytics are strong, but I’d love to see even more out-of-the-box reporting and tighter integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms to make attribution even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the challenge of scaling product education and buyer enablement without relying solely on live demos. Instead of forcing every prospect to book time with an AE just to “see the product,” we can give them an interactive experience on demand. This shortens sales cycles, improves lead quality, and allows marketing to generate better-qualified pipeline. It’s also a huge asset for onboarding, enablement, and customer education. Overall, it helps us communicate value faster and more consistently across the entire buyer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been incredibly helpful for rolling out changes and introducing new functionality to customers in a scalable way. With a large book of business, we need to communicate updates without relying on 1:1 outreach, and feature flags allow us to control exposure, test safely, and roll things out gradually. It gives our teams confidence that customers are getting the right experience at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a learning curve for teams that are newer to feature flagging, and it requires good internal coordination to use it effectively. That said, once processes are in place, the value is clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us manage risk while shipping faster and communicating changes more intentionally. It enables us to introduce new experiences to customers in a controlled, scalable way, which is critical when supporting a large and diverse customer base. It’s been a key tool for improving rollout quality and customer confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different features around Navattic. The webinars on latest and greatest is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are features on this already. But, easily navigating to demos. You can currently see who's made the changes on each demo, but having a date and time as to when demos were created or modified would be helpful.
If there were functions around hiding the beacon to start. The beacons currently start on and you need to press control + B to hide. If it was the other way around would be great, or if there was a toggle that can be added within the checklist would work quite well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the issue of the auto scroll when adding a beacon. Navattic helped by creating a toggle within the settings that disable auto scroll which is a great feature.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to go from “we should have an interactive demo” to having one live and shareable. The product is genuinely intuitive, so the learning curve is low and implementation doesn’t feel like a project. We use it frequently across sales and marketing because it’s quick to update, easy to duplicate for different use cases, and has the right set of features to build guided, polished demos. Integrations are straightforward, and whenever we’ve had questions, support has been responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor learning curve around getting the best structure for a guided demo, and occasional upkeep when our UI changes—but overall it’s been a net positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic removes friction from showing the product. It lets us deliver interactive demos at scale, which improves buyer understanding earlier, reduces repetitive live demos, and helps us qualify leads faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create tours for all my needs. Very user friendly! The customer support team is top tier and always helps me out!!

I wish importing images and editing could be a bit easier.
