Easy to Learn and Start Using Right Away
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to learn and start using the tool right away. I’ve used several demo capture tools in the past, including some of the popular ones, and I can confidently say Navattic is a true game-changer in terms of features and screen-capture editing capabilities. Also, a shout-out to the fantastic CSM team assigned to us—their prompt support and quick query resolution really helped reduce the learning curve and made it much easier to get comfortable using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starting point of every screen capture has to be a website URL and while this works for most apps, there are quite a few tools (such as VMs) that currently cannot be captured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping our team capture complex product demos and translate them into learning assets that help users upskill and understand the value of the product.
Effortless Demos with Seamless Web Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the brand options of how I can configure it to look like my brand. I like how I can easily embed it on my website. I like that they have JavaScript tracking codes where I can monitor who looks and engages with my interactive demos and all the analytics involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have a lot of feedback on things that could be improved!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us scale product demos without one-on-one calls, which is great for handling more prospects and lacking a self-service option. I can easily embed demos on our site, configure them to match our brand, and track interactions with JavaScript codes and analytics.

We use it for interactive product demos and love how fast it is to build polished walkthroughs and how clean, reliable the embed experience is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile device support could be improved, as some features don’t feel fully optimized for smaller screens yet. Stronger mobile-specific capabilities would make the experience more consistent across devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced traditional product videos with interactive demos, creating a more immersive and engaging experience for users. This helps prospects explore at their own pace, understand value faster, and stay more actively engaged throughout the journey.
Engaging Product Tours That Drive Interest
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an engaging way to drive interest in your product! We know that potential buyers want to get a sense of our product without having to automatically ask for a demo and Navattic has solved that issue for us. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to build out your demos. It's become a regular part of our marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with getting the tours to display properly in mobile devices, but we were able to work with our account manager on solving those issues moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to qualify our potential buyers before presenting them with a full-fledged demo - it saves time for everyone in the process. Navattic is one of the ways we are able to do that - our prospects are able to get a feel for our platform, its features and benefits and if it could possibly solve their hiring challenges. We've also found new ways to use Navattic with our customers and other teams as well.

We use it for in-app product demos and sales enablement and love the intuitive user experience powered by HTML captures, plus a support team that’s fast and consistently finds solutions to any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many configuration options can sometimes make it a bit overwhelming to use and harder to move quickly.

It lets customers explore a controlled glimpse of key features and helps our sales team run guided tours that highlight relevant data and the latest product improvements.
An intuitive tool for building professional, self-guided product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is intuitive and easy to use, especially when it comes to creating product demos. Capturing the product is straightforward and smooth thanks to the browser plugin, which makes taking screenshots and recordings feel almost effortless.
What I particularly like is how tightly the plugin is integrated with Navattic. As you capture screenshots, they’re automatically added to the project you’re already working on, so you don’t have to manually upload or organize assets afterward. That connection removes a lot of friction from the workflow and saves time.
Overall, even with relatively little prior knowledge of the tool, you can quickly build product demos that look polished and professional. As a platform that lets users explore a product on their own, I think Navattic works really well.

Navattic offers an AI feature to help with demo copy and content, but in my experience this part could use improvement. Sometimes the tool gets stuck “thinking” for several minutes, forcing you to refresh the page.
When it does work, the suggestions I received were often not very relevant or actionable for the specific demo I was building. I understand this is an area that will likely improve over time, but currently the AI assistance feels a bit inconsistent.

Many users prefer to explore a product on their own before booking a live demo with Sales, to understand whether it’s a good fit for their needs. Navattic helps bridge that gap by enabling interactive, self-guided product demos.
It works especially well as a mid-to-late funnel asset, sitting between high-level content (like videos or landing pages) and the final step of talking to Sales.

I’m new to Navattic, but so far it’s been really intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything to dislike so far.

It helps us deliver high-level demos and product tours before moving into deeper-dive demos with sales reps and pre-sales. It also supports buyer enablement at the top of the funnel.
Very Simple to Use with Helpful Statuses for Pre-Posting Adjustments
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, easy to preview what you are working on, and having different statuses give us the chance to make adjustments prior to 'posting'.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the 'copy/paste' features are quirky to use. I added the browser add-on, but strangely that seems to make this process more difficult sometimes (I use Edge, if that matters).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conveying messages about our products, services and solutions. Using a tool like Navattic is much easier to develop this content than recording videos with audio

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic itself is incredibly easy to use, which made adoption across our team seamless. Navattic is constantly innovating, rolling out new features and improvements that continue to expand how we use interactive demos across the buyer journey. Navattic also offers integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, and browser extensions, which have really expanded how we use the platform. On top of that, Navattic has a great support team and a stellar CSM team that consistently works with our organization to uncover efficiencies in our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about Navattic. The product is intuitive, reliable, and continues to improve, and when we’ve needed help, their support and CSM teams have been stellar—responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. Navattic has helped us scale our demo experience and it’s become a core part of how we engage buyers and customers across the entire lifecycle.

Navattic has been a game-changer for our go-to-market team. By enabling interactive, self-guided product demos, we’ve completely eliminated the need to run canned demos that used to consume a huge amount of our team’s time. Prospects can now explore the product on their own terms, at their own pace, while still getting a high-quality, consistent experience. Adoption across our team is seamless. Because of that, Navattic has organically expanded beyond sales into teams like marketing and customer experience, each finding new ways to leverage interactive demos in their workflows. We’ve even embedded demos directly onto our website, creating a more engaging and scalable way for prospects and customers to experience the product early in their journey.
