Navattic - A time saving demo solution
What do you like best about the product?
The team is laser-focused on ensuring they know the pain points of their clients and building a product that suits the customers' needs. They are always grateful for the feedback they receive and make sure they understand the use case for any potential implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a unique need and make heavy use of their sandbox and Launchpad features. Not a dislike, but they are still exploring how these features can best meet the needs of their clients and may not be as "feature rich" in some instances. But the product is ever evolving and getting better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Navattic product has given our organization the ability to produce client-specific demos in a shorter amount of time. It has also put the solution into the hands of multiple teams and reduced the need for funneling such requests through our marketing partners.
Easy Implementation and Timely, Helpful Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation, and the customer support always willing to step in and help in a timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new enhancements are hard to concept, but with proper training they are easy to navigate the learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating ease with communicating with our customers on the use of our platforms.
User-Friendly Tool for Marketing, Training, and Shipping Prototypes Fast
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and required very little training to get onboarded. I’m not sure I’m using it to its fullest potential yet, but it took no time at all to get up and running. We use it for marketing purposes as well as for training internal teams, and it’s been a great way to easily ship new products and prototypes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches here and there, but nothing major.

Internal training and sales enablement.
Easy to Share with Prospects, Great Overall User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The overall user experience and how easy it is to share a Navattic with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing material that I dislike about Navattic. So far, it has been a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects who want to "click around" with the product, but without my team having to spin up a demo environment and provided training. The self guided tours provide enough context for prospects to get familiar with the capabilities of our product. It also allows us to measure engagement with the prospects as we receive notifications on when the Navattic is accessed.

Easy of use, it is very fast to create demos, the text editor flexible

many small features missing for example slide show of images instead of open each one and close, this make the use less efficient

Very easy to set up and makes a big difference in quality of our demos.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, stylish and plenty of customer cases citing conversion increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prohibitive lower pricing tiers. The jump to $500+ for more than one HTML demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to provide interactive demos to prospective customers.
Flexible, Customizable Demos with Helpful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty flexible tool, has applications both externally and internally. The AI features added are a nice quality of life addition and I enjoy how customizable making demos on it feels. Feel like our team is just scratching the surface of our usage
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some latency issues when using the click to capture feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic for customizable demos for clients, standard demos for marketing and internal walkthroughs. It's helping pipeline generation but also assisting in onboarding
Product Tours made accessible and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic’s interactive product tours make it incredibly easy for us to quickly show off our product to prospects without creating barriers. It's a win-win for all!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints! We struggled a little with the Salesforce integration and their "playbooks" but our CSM and the support team were helpful and were able to eventually resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to streamline our lead process by providing prospects with clickable, interactive product tours that are straightforward to access and don’t introduce unnecessary friction or barriers throughout the journey.. Being able to show off our product in a compact, easy-to-access way means prospects can get a real feel for our tool before they ever even speak to a rep.
Fast, Secure Sharing That Makes Prospecting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sharing information with prospects rapidly and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that customized links could automatically "expire" so that we can have them going through a constant rotation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It rapidly increases the speed in which a prospect can learn about our system. This is extra beneficial to Addepar because we have a reputation for being complex and difficult to learn, so showing someone first-hand how the system works is very valuable.

being able to share easily with prospects and the plug-in with outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
not a big issue but the name is long could consider renaming the product.
