Preps Prospects, Easy Setup, Enhances Demos

What do you like best about the product?
I like how every person that's interacted with Navattic says, 'hey, that's pretty slick.' They attend the call with a little bit of understanding of how our system works and how the UI feels, and they usually come in with questions because they went through an EBITDA demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit anonymous for the person viewing it. I don't know if it's because of how we've configured it to be open on our website without a form fill. I also don't get a lot of information outside of the fact that they viewed or how long they viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps prepare my prospects for more interactive demos by giving them a clear idea of what Iris does before the call.

Navattic Makes Follow-Ups Stand Out with Shareable Demos, Logos & Engagement Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool that I use in all of my follow-up emails to customers. It helps me share demo overviews in a way that’s easy for them to pass along to their teams. I also love that it can incorporate customer logos and track each time it’s used, so I can see which customers are truly engaged. On top of that, being able to send it as an image or GIF spices up my emails and helps them stand out a bit more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to clone the setup process when I’m sending multiple demos to the same customer, instead of having to re-enter all of the customer information each time. Also, the GIF feature has recently disappeared and been replaced by an image option. It isn’t a must-have, but it was something I found unique and genuinely enjoyed using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get demos out to customers quickly and easily, which makes it simple to spread awareness across a customer team. It also helps me track customer engagement and learn about new IPs that are part of the evaluation process.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it straightforward to build guided product demos without needing engineering support or access to a live product environment. From a web and CRO standpoint, it’s been useful for showing how the product works in a way that feels concrete and intentional. The editor is easy to work in, updates are manageable as the product changes, and the demos integrate cleanly into website and campaign pages. It’s a practical way to give prospects meaningful product context early.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic works best when demos are tightly scoped and well planned. It’s not built for open-ended exploration, so the value depends on how clearly the flow is designed. The analytics cover the basics but have some limitations when you want deeper funnel analysis across multiple touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us show product value earlier without requiring a sales conversation or relying on static screenshots. It supports self-serve evaluation, increases engagement on high-intent pages, and gives prospects a clearer understanding of what they’ll see in a live demo. This has made it easier to qualify demo requests and improve conversion rates across key pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a huge list for our sales team. It is so easy to develop new demos and our reps love using them for pre and post call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform and support have been great. I wouldnt change a thing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us to reduce the time SE's spend on basic demos. Navattic is also helping us get wider in accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to showcase our software capabilites and create professional demos in just minutes. I also really like that you can edit screen grabs which is helpful when working with demo or staging environements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to position the modal or tooltip just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing our software to prospective buyers that are maybe not ready to fill out a form and talk to sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to demonstrate the value proposition of Malt with short demonstrations.
It's super useful in my commercial proposals because my clients can test some features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only access to some templates. I don't know if it's possible to create my own Navattic demo or I didn't find this option on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving :
- Short demos for my client in order to show them Malt key features
- Navattic demo is always better than a simple slide because it's interactive

Benefits :
- Bring more values in my proposals and for my clients
- I'm using it to differenciate my proposal from competitors proposals

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an amazing tool that actually works exactly as promised. The software is very stable and I haven't run into any bugs so far. What impressed me most is how easy it is to implement; we were up and running in no time. On top of that, their customer service is incredible and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Navattic. It takes some time to understand all the different features and how to use them properly. However, once you get the hang of things, the workflow becomes very smooth and everything makes perfect sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves a major friction point by allowing our potential customers to experience the product immediately, without the need to sign up or log in. This creates a much smoother experience for them. Additionally, it helps us generate new leads effectively by capturing interest directly through the interactive demo.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Navattic because it gives me the ability to fully customize the demo experience—something I haven’t found in any other interactive demo platform. I can easily create screenshots and have the flexibility to edit and rearrange them, which allows me to highlight only the most important features. This level of customization helps make the demo experience clear and easy to understand for prospects by stripping away features that could otherwise be confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ran into a few hiccups and had to rebuild demos more than once before I really learned the tool. The many customization options can be overwhelming; at times, it’s hard to know what to click or change to achieve the experience you’re aiming for..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves our challenge of showcasing our product interactively without relying on outdated screenshots, allowing prospects to explore core use cases. It improves the demo experience by simplifying complex features, making the product feel more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to build new demos, either to send out to schools, or for reps to use live in calls. We've sandboxed our demo environments, making it super easy for solutions engineers to customize demos for large acv customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides. My wishlist item is the ability to easily add in data where there's not a ton in the product i'm building the demo of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the big one is the ability to demo an IRS integration without revealing pii. We've also simplified sales, getting product insights into the hands of customers sooner.
