Navattic: Our Demo Trojan Horse for a Self-Serve ICP

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic perfectly fits the sweet spot between sitting through long demo calls with prospects and giving customers access to a (not-yet configured) demo environment without guardrails. The setup and maintenance to get there is dead simple and fills a meaningful gap in our GTM stack. It's a rare "what did we do before" product for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. I just need to occasionally remind myself to update the demos with our latest platform updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a highly technical product and sell to engineers and product leaders. This is a crowd that doesn't like being "sold to", and prefer to get their hands on to the platform. Navattic is our troject horse for our target customer, allowing us to provide a tailored demo to a self-serve audience, with phenomenal results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us create step-by-step guides. We are a software company where our software can drastically change from version to version, so making videos is not optimal. Making Navattic tours is optimal as it always allows us to edit on the fly instead of having to create a whole new video for guidance

Effortless Demos with a Personalized Touch

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the interface is and how quick and easy it is to send out a demo to a prospect. Being able to type in the company's website and have their logo auto-populate is also an added bonus that give the prospect a personalized touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble setting up the Outlook extension
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the issue of not being able to show prospects what our platform looks like in action unless we do a live demo.

What do you like best about the product?
That fact that it is interactive - it makes the prospect feel like they are actually using the tool I'm trying to demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the share options and configurations / tracking of getting demos I need to send out to a client are challenging (namely share vs presentation)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving clients a clear, digestible understanding of the product to warrant future discussions and share with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is easy to use, and a powerful tool to help our users understand not only how to use a feature, but what they can do with it. It's also easy to update, so it's easy to use as features scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the most intuitive, even though it's fairly easy to use once you know how to do it. Also, there's a limited amount of customization, so it would be nice to see more of that in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a no-code way of providing a demo, which helps our users gain deeper understanding of our platform with little effort on our side.

Easy and Reliable system for sharing Platform clickable demos

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, and a great repository for demos and learning. It's easy to create assets you can share with customers, knowing you'll get a reliable outcome. The click-through part of the demo is super intuitive, and not limited to 'hot spot' boxes over screen captures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge with scripting demos, especially for re-use, is that the script doesn't accurately capture the flow or the talk-track properly. Demos can become linear and single-tracked. So Navattic is good for repeatable flows, but sometimes not always right to trigger a deeper discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing demos with partners, and using at trade shows

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create interactive demos for our platform features. I love so many things about Navattic, but the best one would definitely be the ability to replace a single step by simply recapturing the affected screen. Gone are the days when we had to redo videos from start to finish every time our platform got an update or UI refresh. We use these interactive demos in our help centre, and we have a lot of demos that we regularly maintain as well. So being able to quickly and easily update them enables us to serve our clients in the best way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Navattic because it has improved our demo creation process a lot. But if we're going to nitpick, it can be difficult to find older demos when there are a lot of items in one folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic drastically lessens the time we have to spend creating and maintaining our interactive demos on our help centre. This ensures we deliver up-to-date and accurate support articles to our clients, without needing to allot too much time for this responsibility.

While Navattic is strong for demo creation, there’s need for advanced customization and analytics depth. Some complex use cases require more granular insights into user behavior within demos would be helpful for optimization and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how fast we can put together something that actually looks polished without looping in half the company. The editor is pretty straightforward, and once you get the hang of it, you can build out a whole flow in way less time than I expected. For us at Writer, it’s been super helpful for letting prospects “play around” with the product without needing a full demo environment. It just makes the whole experience feel lighter and more interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization feels a bit limited or hidden, like I’m clicking around trying to remember where a setting lives. A few parts of the interface could be smoother, and occasionally the preview doesn’t match exactly what I thought I set up. Nothing major, but enough that it slows me down here and there. I also wish the analytics were a bit deeper without needing extra tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us give people a quick, hands‑on feel for Writer without needing a live walkthrough or a custom demo build. It cuts down the time our team spends prepping demo spaces and lets marketing ship interactive content faster. It’s also helped us qualify leads better because folks come in already understanding what the product does instead of starting from zero.
