What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is how easy it is to spin up polished, interactive demos without needing to pull in engineering every time. The platform feels thoughtfully built the editor is intuitive, the flow logic is flexible, and the final product looks like something we would have spent weeks building internally. It’s become one of those tools that quietly saves hours across teams because it just works the way you expect it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real friction point is that some of the more advanced customization options can feel a bit tucked away, so it occasionally takes a few extra clicks to get things looking exactly right. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but when you’re producing a high volume of demos, those small moments add up. I’d also love to see deeper analytics out of the box without needing to rely on external tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us give prospects a hands‑on feel for Fivetran without requiring a live environment or a sales‑led walkthrough. It shortens the time it takes for someone to understand our value, and it frees our team from constantly rebuilding demo environments. It’s also helped marketing create more engaging content that actually converts people spend more time exploring, and they come into conversations already educated.

I love the ability to send demo videos to 1 client or to many and see tracking!
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a little more vibrant and visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending demonstration videos to prospects and clients and have ability to see what is being viewed is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how effortlessly Navattic helps us turn a fairly sophisticated product into something people can understand in minutes. At Lattice, we often need to show value quickly without overwhelming prospects, and Navattic gives us a clean, guided way to do that. The interface is intuitive, the editing experience is smooth, and the final demos feel polished without requiring design or engineering support. It’s become a dependable tool for helping buyers grasp what we do much earlier in their journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our collection of demos grows, keeping everything perfectly aligned with product updates can feel a bit manual. A more streamlined way to manage multiple versions would make things easier. I’ve also found that while the analytics are helpful, they could offer deeper filtering to better understand how different audiences engage. These aren’t major issues, but they’re areas where added depth would be valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us reduce friction in the early stages of the evaluation process. Instead of relying on long explanations or scheduling walkthroughs, prospects can explore a curated version of Lattice on their own time. This has reduced repetitive demo work, improved the quality of conversations our sales team has, and given marketing a flexible way to showcase new features without waiting on production resources. How convenient it is to pull up in an email and quickly add a demo.

Sometimes the information for a client isn't loaded correctly and I have to take extra time to type information out.

What stands out most about Navattic for our team at Coolest is how quickly we can turn product flows into interactive demos without needing any technical help. The platform feels lightweight and easy to navigate, and the capture‑to‑publish process is surprisingly fast. It gives us the ability to present our product in a way that feels guided but still hands‑on, which has made it much easier for prospects to understand what we offer. There are a few areas where Navattic could be stronger. Some customization options feel a bit restrictive when we want to create more advanced or highly personalized demo paths. And while the platform is generally easy to use, building more complex experiences still requires a bit of trial and error for new team members. None of these issues are deal‑breakers, but they’re noticeable when we’re aiming for more intricate demo designs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it often and really appreciate how quickly I can set up demos for both customers and prospects. This makes it much easier to showcase our solutions quickly and easily. Being able to connect separate workflows in platform in one demo has been super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently still trying to find the most effective ways to optimize our demos for mobile use.

It's very easy to use. The email plugin allows me to attach videos extremely quickly.

None. So far, I don't have any complaints.
