Navattic Makes Creating Interactive Demos Effortless and Flexible

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is great for creating guided tours, walkthroughs, and how-to types of demos. Rather than grabbing static screenshots, they actually capture the underlying html and formatting of your website. That allows the demos to be responsive to different window sizes, it allows you to highlight or call attention to specific features, and it even allows you to do some limited editing of the underlying web page so you can do things like change customer names. The tools are accessible to non-technical people, but also have some horsepower available for those with a little more technical savvy who want to do additional customization. They also offer several different ways of sharing the demos, including simple links as well as options to embed the demos in a web page or trigger a pop-up with the demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic doesn't have very many downsides. Every once in a while I've struggled with trying to get something to format exactly the way I want it to, but that's mostly been pretty nit-picky stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our platform is feature rich but can be complicated to use. We desperately needed some walkthroughs to help customers learn to use the platform. Navattic provided a simple solution for quickly creating these walkthroughs. An added benefit is that it's easy enough to use that we could have a number of people participate in demo creation to help spread the workload.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and integration with Outlook directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered any problems, so I don't have any dislikes regarding Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to carve out time in a busy day, Navattic is showing my clients our platform in a more efficient way with both of our schedules.

Effortless Demo Creation and Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
Quite easy to use, I was able to build a process where I was able to create new product demos within an hour or two. You can easily reuse assets you've developed for previous demos, making it easy to iterate. It integrates easily into our software with it's easy-to-use capture tool.

Building Navattic demos and mapping out which steps were common among different usecases helped me understand my own product's user experience better, which was a fantastic added bonus to using the software.

Best of all, the customer support was top notch, responding to questions I had quickly and helpfully guiding me through new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app capture tool is very cool and very flexible, but I think ultimately it results in an experience that can be a bit awkward. Being able to scroll around and see what's interactable is cool, but then when things aren't modelled in the Navattic capture, it may come across as the app being "broken" rather than them understanding the limits of what Navattic can do. I think a good goal for Navattic to work towards would be something that allows you to add more basic functionality to the interactive parts of the Navattic capture, e.g. setting it up so that when you click a button in the capture, a popup could happen that would show you or explain what pressing that button would do in the actual software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our software solves a problem that until recently was impossible, and many people who have to deal with this problem couldn't even imagine that there would be a solution. We need to emphasize to them very clearly how our software can skip steps and tedious work that they might think of as unavoidable. Navattic makes it easy to set up a demo for each function and usecase of our software and show how few steps it requires.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is how easy it makes it for our team at Lattic to build polished, interactive demos without needing engineering time. The interface is intuitive, and the workflow feels smooth from start to finish. We can quickly capture product flows, customize the experience, and publish something that looks professional and engaging. It’s especially helpful for letting prospects explore the product on their own, which has noticeably improved our early‑stage conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced customization options feel a bit limited, especially when trying to create highly tailored or branching demo paths. The analytics are useful but could go deeper with more granular insights. There’s also a small learning curve for new team members when building more complex flows. These aren’t major issues, but they do slow things down occasionally when we’re aiming for more sophisticated demo experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us give prospects a hands‑on look at Lattic’s product without relying on live demos or custom-built environments. This reduces the load on our sales and solutions teams, shortens the sales cycle, and helps us qualify leads more effectively because we can see exactly how prospects interact with the product. It also gives marketing a strong, interactive asset that performs far better than static screenshots or long videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is more than just a screen recording tool, which makes it especially valuable for demonstrating our complex enterprise software. It creates a true HTML click-through version of our product, allowing us to offer a guided, interactive experience. I also found it very user-friendly—I was able to build my first demo within just 20 minutes of discovering Navattic. This demo has proven useful in a variety of settings, including conferences, client meetings, and internal presentations to showcase product enhancements. I've even shared it directly with customers to help them explore and utilize the more advanced features of our software.
My team of product managers use the software on a weekly basis crafting a refining experiences through the product that help us to enable our organization, and the field sales teams, partners and customers on new capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about the product, but I do see significant untapped potential in this technology. I believe it could develop further to support more complex flows, moving beyond simple linear paths to something more akin to a choose-your-own-adventure experience. This would allow end users to interact with multiple buttons, navigate back and forth, and explore different areas of the product with greater ease and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our enterprise software includes some highly advanced features that depend on extensive data and specialized knowledge to be fully utilized. Because of this, a small team of experts had to invest significant time and effort in demonstrating and explaining these capabilities to potential customers. Additionally, there was a challenge in providing demo environments that had the necessary features and sample data enabled. With Navattic, we are now able to record demonstrations of these advanced features and make them easily accessible to our sales team, or even directly to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love using navattic and consider myself a big advocate for it. I've relied on it for several product demos to present to customers. It's reliable, easy to use, and intuitive. I especially appreciate the modal support and the way it allows me to shape the narrative during demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if the product offered a white-label option, so that the "powered by navattic" branding did not appear when launching the demo. Additionally, I wish the experience for the captured URLs could be made even more immersive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interactive demos, feature showcases, and guided product walkthroughs make it much easier to understand how the product works. These elements help users quickly get familiar with the available features and functionality.
