What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easier to demonstrate concepts through a hands-on approach, allowing customers to learn how to do something without the need for lengthy explanations or spending an hour on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I encounter development issues when building a navattic on the platform I use to demonstrate something to a customer. At times, the steps I need to take make the process of creating a short and simple navattic feel a bit more manual than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has reduced the number of calls my team needs to take just to demonstrate basic tasks within our platform.
Effortless to Use and Continuously Improving
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It's been super helpful in helping to explain our platform to our audience, helps create that "ah ha" moment that can be hard to convey in ads or email. I also like that Navattic is always improving the platform with new features. You can tell they listen to their customers and what the market wants. Their customer support is helpful and responsive as well. They've helped me work through a few issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it the platform a lot and recommend it to everyone. Nothing bad to say.

It's helping us communicate the value of our platform and get people interested in talking to us.
great tool for customer marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Navattics are super customizable and interactive for the customer. we've used it for guided walkthroughs, new feature and design previews, demos for upsells, etc. Once you get the hang of how it works, building and updating flows is pretty fast, and it’s flexible enough to use for onboarding, feature release/education, and sales demos. I like that it lets us show real workflows that customer can actually engage with and got through the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are also fairly surface level, so it’s not always easy to connect engagement (like CTA clicks) directly to user outcomes. Would also love some really great, high performing examples to share with my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us bridge the gap between launching a feature and actually getting users to understand and use it. Instead of over explaining or getting technical in docs or training, we can guide users through the exact workflow in context. This has been especially helpful for adoption and enablement, where clarity matters.

It's very helpful not having to wait for a solutions expert to demonstrate the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have preferred if it were more interactive, allowing the presenter to click through the content.

The main issue that Nacvattic addresses is allowing us to showcase our technology without having to wait days for a solutions engineer to become available. This opportunity to demonstrate our products more quickly is a significant benefit.

The interface is intuitive, the demos look polished, and it allows us to showcase product value without requiring live sales calls every time. It’s especially powerful for letting prospects explore on their own time.

While Navattic is easy to use, some advanced customization options are limited compared to fully custom-built demos. Occasionally, there’s a learning curve when setting up more complex demo flows, and additional integrations would be helpful for more advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us scale product demos without overloading sales and solutions teams. It solves the problem of repetitive demo calls by allowing prospects to self-educate, which shortens sales cycles, improves lead qualification, and creates a better buyer experience overall.

The system is really easy to use. I am able to send a demo super quickly without much legwork

Nothing. I really enjoy the system, It was a little confusing to get set up but now runs great.

I am able to provide clients with visiblity of paycor services so they can see how our services will help them with their needs. Also, am to view the functionality from a lense of an amdin!

Working in Demand Gen, it's a really simple and easy way to get our message out to prospects interested in the platform without having to use sales' time.

Nothing so far! It's an easy to use platform that we enjoy.

Our sales reps are stretched thin, which helps us send prospects useful product walkthroughs before engaging with Sales.
