Essential Tool for Effortless Product Launches

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm pretty much a daily user of Navattic! As a Head of Product Marketing for a SaaS company, we use Navattic for every new product launch or feature update to show our accounts and internal teams how to onboard or how it works. It's super straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now! It's very straightforward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is solving a huge issue for us - how to properly train and educate internal employees and accounts on how product features work. Without Navattic we'd have to rely solely on videos or calls or disorganized screenshots.

Intuitive and Efficient Tool That Impresses Clients

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuative to both myself and to clients/prospects. I like some of the automation it provides; making it an efficient tool to leverage during process. It's easy to implement and get out to the client. One thing I really like is the ability to tailor specific demos to individuals while also being able to create a 'one size fits all' demo you can mass email. This helps with the frequency of use, not needing to produce a new demo for every single outreach and being able to fire off cold emails with demos included.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a 'dislike', just a fit & feel. While the UI is just fine, the UX is dated and could use a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a powerful tool for both cold and warm outreach. Since most HCM companies already cover the essential features and functionality, the overall fit and user experience become increasingly important. This tool allows me to offer demos not only to cold and warm prospects but also to those already engaged in the sales process. During sales discussions, I often use these demos to reinforce the customized demonstrations we provide.

Effortless Demo Creation and Sharing for Pre-Sales Success

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a pre-sales solutions architect, Navattic makes it really easy for me to share quick, impromptu demos on the fly, avoiding setup, and highlighting to customers the key value points of a feature. They are also helpful for me to send to clients to review in their own time, or for me to learn new capabilities myself. The click through steps make it really easy to follow the experiences and make them bite-sized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any strong negative thoughts that stand out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demo set up, variety of demos I can quickly showcase.

Great interactive demo platform we’ve used for buyer enablement/continued client education

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create interactive product demos without engineering support. The UI is intuitive, the editor is flexible, and the end result feels polished and high-fidelity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization options (like very granular branching or deeper analytics filtering) could be expanded over time, but nothing that’s been a blocker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us scale product storytelling without requiring live demos for every prospect. It reduces friction in the sales process, shortens time-to-value, and gives prospects a hands-on understanding of the product earlier in the funnel. It’s especially valuable for educating stakeholders who can’t attend live demos and for reinforcing messaging after sales calls.

Effortless Demo Creation with an Intuitive Interface

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to get started with Navattic, thanks to its intuitive configuration interface. I also value the wide range of possibilities it offers for creating demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation feature is still not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, I would say that torus are very attractive for demonstrating the importance of interactive demos during sales training with partners, without having to go through technical difficulties. Tours can be also included as a first contact with the customer in an email.

Great customization, good support and sales experience and diverse use cases

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customizations that can be done to achieve the very results you're trying to achieve is absolutely fantastic, and the different use cases are great. So you're not limited to only a very specific type of use case. You can just change and duplicate and slightly change the entire demo experience to fit different needs and different contexts.

It also serves as an additional point of inbounds for us. So, it's another form where people can come give us their details, and we can gauge the level of intent they have by their demo experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's fairly complicated to build. For me, if I have to set up a new Navattic demo from scratch, then it's a good 4-5 hours that I need to spend to set things up, make it proper, figure out the platform. Of course, the onboarding and customer success does help you, but the tool is not super easy to implement.

The way automations are built could be slightly better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fairly elaborate product, and we want people to experience the "aha" moment and the value provided by our product pretty quickly, which can take sometimes days for them to implement if they were to actually do it themselves. But the demo acts as a proxy for them to be able to experience that within two minutes. Because it feels like they're actually in the product, and they're able to see the best parts of it.

And it acts as a great way to collect their emails from them using a newsletter or an email sequence until they make a purchase. Sometimes it reduces the pressure on sales, because if there's a very high intent buyer who just wants to see the demo and make a purchase, then we don't have to send everyone to a proper sales call. They would just see the demo, like the product, and make a purchase, and it will become a great hand-to-the-self-serve experience. So it's good in that sense.

Powerful Self-Guided Demos That Scale Sales and Marketing Efforts

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to create interactive, self-guided product demos without heavy engineering support. The editor is intuitive, the demos look polished, and it allows us to showcase product value quickly to prospects. It’s especially effective for telling a clear product story and guiding users through key workflows at their own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Navattic is powerful, more advanced customization options can feel limited, especially for highly complex or dynamic product flows. Some features require workarounds, and analytics could be deeper. Additionally, managing very large demos can become slightly time-consuming as content scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps reduce reliance on live demos by providing scalable, on-demand product walkthroughs. This shortens sales cycles, improves lead qualification, and allows prospects to explore the product anytime. It also helps align sales and marketing by delivering a consistent, repeatable demo experience across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy for us to create and maintain our virtual tours and demos of our products. At the same time it comes with valuable intent signals and leadgeneration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The main issue is how to strcture your tours, but that is not a Navattic problem. But even that, Navattic is very helpful about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create virtual product tours and demos of our products. This has saved us a lot of hours of creating manual tours.

Effortless Setup with Customizable Pre-Built Flows

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
its ease of use and pre built flows that you can copy and adjust to your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit confusing to have the right flow as some hidden details of an action are not mentionned
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a solution consultant and it helps me automate some standard demo flows
